Review 1：Limited choice of hotel restaurant menu, also not followed scheduled start breakfast time available on day of departure (1 hour later). Limited breakfast choices for westerners. More Asian people food orientated. Nothing on entertainment in the close by area.

Review 2：Ikea modern styled hotel. Close by good restaurants. Shangri La and Movenpick hotel on walking distance. Close to airport, only 20 minutes drive.

Review 5：No fitness center. Took too long for check in. You can hear the noise from the other rooms, incuding the room upstairs! Not worth the money.

Review 7：The sand on the beach is rough (maybe not sand?) so it's not the white sand beach which you expect. I didn't stay long enough to explore the area, but I don't think there are many places near the hotel. Almost no shade on the beach so very hot!

Review 8：The hotel has it's own small beach, so you can walk down directly from the hotel to have a swim in the sea. The rooms are really cheerful and comfortable. Wi-fi worked well. The tiger prawns were delicious.

Review 9：They let us in our rooms even before check-in time since we arrive from a really early flight. They also offered if we would like to join the buffet breakfast since we all looked tired and hungry.

Review 12：The staffs are not accomodating. They keep themselves busy so that it would seem that they did not notice the guests. We had to make the first move and greet them to be entertained with our needs. It seems that they lack motivation to do what they're supposed to do.

Review 13：Facilities were great! We had an awesome time playing table tennis and foosball. And spent the entire morning enjoying the pool. I like the resort's atmosphere. Very white-ish. Very chic. Very clean.

The breakfast buffet had a good spread of choices for local and foreign tourists alike. I particularly enjoyed their bread baskets.

Review 18：I've been to 1-star motels with faster free wi-fi. What's worse is that it's next to impossible to get a even 3G signal from either of the 3 carriers in the country.

Review 32：The check in system wasn't good.I got 2 rooms for our family.I was assured of 2 adjoining rooms a night before I checked in but it did nit happen.The check in time was 2pm, but first room was available at 4:30 pm then the second room was available at 6:30pm.I asked why are we not in adjoining rooms i was told that the guest next to our room is a long staying guest.So we didn't have a choice to take the rooms given to us as so much time wasted already.

They need a larger reception area, a proper concierge, and a better system. Room service only up to 11 or midnight. Breakfast buffet food needs improvement.

Review 80：The hotel stairways need to have edging because the steps are not so visible especially at night. Also, the extra step at the end of the stairs should not be there. Anyway, these are only concerns of those who chose to use the stairs 'cause elevators are around.

Review 83：We loved our stay at Be Resorts! We booked last minute and didn't have the time to look up the place properly but upon arrival it was such a nice surprise! Both the beach and pool was great! The room was big, clean and bright (not as crazy colorful as it seems on the pictures). Beach bar was fun and had the most delicious fresh fruit drinks. The interior design of the hotel is very modern and perfect for the ideal vacation vibe. Massages were very good and affordable. It's located very close to many high end resorts so you can try out many different nice restaurants. Best of all was the service though! What a fantastic staff! People in Philippines are generally very friendly but this was the without doubt the best service we have received! Our waiter Paulo, stood out amongst this very professional team. He went out of his way to make sure our whole experience was more than we could have hoped for! We had a wonderful time at this resorts and will definitely come back!

Review 84：As we stayed this time at the ground floor area, much of the activities are heard from our room. It may be time to renovate the resort after some time. Please also try to consider pushing thru with Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and to / from the Resort to Cebu at no cost to your guests.

Review 85：BE Resorts is staffed with friendly people and has a good location at the quiet end of Mactan Island. We liked it that the beach is just a stone's throw away from the resort. The buffet breakfast has also improved over time. It was very nice to see that the Resort is giving very good opportunities for the local people in the area.

Review 88：There is no shade for swimming in the beach and pool. There were many restrictions and the kids did not enjoy much. Railings from the balcony were not strong. Impossible to bring towels from room to pool/beach or vice versa. We are all wet in going to and fro from our room. There were insufficient shampoo and bath gels. No one offered to bring the laggages. Staying here in Be Resort compared to a five star hotel, we only need to pay a thousand more. I think, you should consider the rates especailly, that there is no bath tub in these hotel.

Review 90：Very poor service. Took them an hour to give us a room during check inand one and a half hour to serve our dinner. They said breakfast is at6-10am but when we went there around 830am, there was no more food. Poorchoice of food too. Very disappointing. Upon check out, they even triedto charge us for a surcharge for checking in on peak season. Which waslater dismissed when we confronted them that before confirming thebooking, we first called their hotel and made sure there wouldnt be anysurprise charges upon our check out. Concierge service also took a verylong time. We didnt had a pleasant vacation in this hotel.

Review 94：1. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived. I specifically requested non-smoking rooms but were not readily available at 4pm 2. The staff did not know how far the golf course was from our hotel. My husband inquired ahead of time and was informed that it was only 20 -25 mimutes ride. It was much longer. With the tranffic, it took him almost 2 hours to get back. 3.My husband booked aan airport shuttle from the hotel days before we arrive. When I confirmed with the front desk a day before departure, it was not even logged.

Review 95：The hotel and the premises were great. The view from the lobby to the beach is magical especially at night. Over all the staff was fine' courteous and accommodating. I loved swimming in he pool but how I wish the water was a little warmed at night. It is a good hotel - value for money wise.
