Review 1：The room was very spacious with an amazing view of the park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was right next to the subway station which made travelling to/from very easy.

Review 2：Our room was small for the amount that we paid. Since most personnel at the reception does not speak English, I hope they will study English because most travelers that visits japan are English speaking.

Review 3：Although most of the staff does not speak English, there is one personnel, the Chief Concierge who speaks English very well at the same time very helpful to us. When my brother fell on the icy pavement while on tour, she assisted us very much by calling the hospital that we would go to , and even spoke with the nurse at the hospital to act as our interpreter. Her position as Chief Concierge fits her very well. I hope Miss Midori will soon be the hotel supervisor.

Review 5：Stores located below the hotel..bring alot of convenience..there is a small chapel n park outside hotel too. Staff is very helpful with luggages.

Review 15：Mildly dated room decor (the horror!). You have to catch the subway from the JR station to get to the hotel, which is a bit of an arduous transfer.

Affordable. Near the main street, so 10 minutes of walking will get you in the thick of nightlife if you so wish.

Review 18：The staffs are really helpful. Originally I booked for 1 room for 4 ( 2 adults n 2 kids), apparently it was really small, however, I managed to change to a bigger room with reasonable price.. The staffs also help me to book a taxi driver that could speak english to take me around..

The only hotel that we stay come without air purifier, lot of dust on the old carpet.

Review 23：Hotel facade is grand. Hotel is located just outside on of the exits of Nakajima-koen station. It is 3 subway stops from Sapporo Station. We enjoy the convenience. Counter staff are able to speak English reasonably well, & services is very good. Bedroom size is adequate for triple.

Review 33：there was supposedly air con but it was so weak it felt like we were in a sauna. the staff decided to come up and open the window which I thought was very dangerous because we could quite easily have fallen out of the window. there was also a lot of wind noise from having the window open. pillows: they have two flat pillows in a pillow envelope. it was not comfortable. all in all I hated the stay at this hotel. most certainly not a 3 star hotel and I'm not happy whatsoever with their way of resolving the air conditioning issue.

Review 35：The pillow is uncomfortable, the blanket is just a piece of bed sheet, japanese breakfast is a fine dinning course meal that has so little food and so expensive. I paid S$30 for just rice, 2 small pieces of fish slices, salad, tofu and a cup of tea. There is no onsen nor public bath in this place. SPA is chargeable. Continental breakfast and dinner buffet spread are mostly pork. For non-pork eater, this is not the place to come.

Review 40：The phone no. of the hotel at booking.com was wrong so the GPS brought us to wrong hotel and keep us for an hour to find the way to this hotel. Only uncomfortable was they don't have comfort blanket they just use the cover bed as a blanket, I don't believe for 5 star hotel.
