Review 1：There was no WIFI connection, air conditioner wasn't cold.
Review 2：It's a new hotel, very clean and offer comfortable beds. Quiet environment and friendly staffs.
Review 3：Strict smoking regulations imposed like a fine of rm300 if there is cigarette odour in the room on checkout.... They should inform of this regulation before accepting booking not when we were checking in....absurd I don't think I will go back again cos it's not suitable for me.

Review 5：Too much on security when we want to enter the hotel entrance. We have to wait outsite of the door eventhough we have press the bell..because the staff buzy attending another customer . at least she can just press the remote to open the door.

Review 7：The location is very strategic, as i'm going there to go The Lost World of Tambun,, it was about 10min from the hotel. very clean! nice environment.. big room for the family room worth with money!
Review 8：No wifi although staff said was due next week. All 4-5 Keluar emergency exits had 2 grilled doors for each exit staircase leading out to road but were locked. Dangerous in the event of fire escape. Reported it to guard and staff on duty during our stay 28-12-15 till 31-12-15. On some nights people smoked in their rooms and it came into our rooms and remained on corridor and passageways although there is a RM300 penalty fine for such offence. No soap on toilet basin. Type of toilet paper inconvenient and ran out.
Review 9：Was very new and modern. Very reasonably priced. Clean and quiet side rooms although facing a main road. Had most amenities in hotel room.

Review 16：1. location wise is really a bit "far" from the town, it's nearer towards Tambun area. 2. room without a fridge. 3. room without a chair, funny right? sit only on bed. 4. room without a chair, hard for my wife to make up, need to stand sideway due to the blocking furniture. 5. no toilet roll/tissue, the only place to get tissue was in the toilet, it's somehow like toilet in shopping mall (those small thin layer of tissue)- and believe me, it's not user friendly :)

Review 21：It is a new hotel (2months old) with 24 rooms on the 2nd floor of a commercial block. It is not too difficult to locate. The room has a safe, hairdryer, kettle for coffee and bottled water. Pretty comfortable. However we were very disappointed that there was no Wifi inspite of it being an amenity in our booking.

Review 31：Everything!!! The room is nice!!! Spacious room, clean and comfortable!! The most impressive thing I found in this hotel is the charging socket located at the bad side table, they have USB ready port which make it so convenient for travellers to charge our gadgets.
