Review 1：Coudn't figure out how the ac/heating working (would be nice to have some written instruction). My room didn'have a window!

Review 3：Some staffs cannot speak English so it was difficult to communicate sometimes but they tried to help us. ex. I bought a big bottle of water (2L) and the staff said "1 euro" but it was actually 2 euro so we paid 2 euro.
Review 4：Pretty classic room with TV, queen size bed and good bathroom. It was pretty large. The room was pretty warm so we could relax and slept good. Also, there is an elevator so you can come with your big luggages.

Like one single bed plus walking space wide and the shower wouldn't accomodate a wider traveller. So if you are on the heavier side, this room is not for you. Ugh, stick to tea or coffee (freshly made! Awesome!) because I didn't like the fizzy juices
Review 11：Laid back and helpful staff, close to the train station (ideal for day trips), simple breakfast choices but even a picky eater can find something, bidet and hairdryer in the bathroom. If you don't expect much just a place where you can shower and rest comfortably after sightseeing, this place is for you. Bonus Italian language course: 99+ tv channels in Italian.

Review 20：This hotel has afamily feel. One of the receptionists barely speaks English, but is very nice, friendly and helpful. This hotel doesn´t have many rooms or a spacious breakfast room with oulent meals, but it makes the best of what it has-a nice small hotel on a street leading to the centre. I´ll come back, I wasn´t disappointed.
Review 21：I was given a room without a balcony even though I asked for one when I booked this hotel. The window was opening in a so called inner courtyard so you won't get any fresh air. The shower was not draining properly and it was very small. Breakfast is very simple, you get only sweets and a coffee.

Review 44：I asked that because I didn t want breakfast, this should somehow be reimbursed - this couldn't be possible as the staff mentioned and they seemed to be particularly bothered by the fact I asked for it. As far as I know this is an option that can be given up and though they have said it is part of a special price, I think it could've been re-imbursed. The breakfast was always fruits, jam, croissants and juice. Also, the cleanliness of the floor was at its worst. Although the towels were changed daily, somehow everyday the floor was with the same hair and dirt from the day before, and even the sheets seemed to have new hair.
Review 45：I appreciated the fact that though I changed the room once, the staff seemed helpful. The hotel is close to the train station and to the shopping area, 15 minutes walk to the historical area and about 40-45 to the beach.

Review 52：This is a charming, older building with some interesting architectural details and a small elevator - a bonus if you have heavy luggage or are older. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the street and we found the high ceilings, damask curtains, wrought iron bedstead, heavy wood armoire and antique desk enchanting and a good contrast to the compact, modern bathroom. The breakfast was great - pastries, cereals, a variety of fruit, bread, yogurt, coffee (American or Italian). The staff was most helpful and kind and although we, unfortunately, do not speak Italian and they didn't speak English, somehow it all worked. Good value for money and the train station is a short walk.

The nearby streets were easy to walk and there was plenty of history and shopping all around us. The man at the desk was extremely helpful and kind from the moment we arrived until we left. There was a decent free breakfast each morning with good coffee; wifi was good. the room was comfortable and reasonably up to date. Although we were in a busy street, it was quiet within the room.
