Review 1：Limited car park bay due to it's location which situated in the middle of the housing area & limited compound of the hotel.

Review 5：The fact that the hotel is a good 15 min from the city centre, I asked staff for a map of Ipoh and they responded with "we don't have" and made no effort to explain or tell us about the city of Ipoh (which is a stunning little city, we recommend a visit to old town and wonder during the day through the back streets the food is also amazing down there!) as the hotel was far from the city it made for a lack of choices to dine in the evening, there was a place across the road from the hotel however I would NOT recommend it, the beds where also hard as a rock! And the breakfast selection was rather average however the Nasi lemak was outstanding

Review 8：The family suite was very good. Kids loved it. Location nearby to Ipoh town. Price on the high side, but if you look at the decor and comfort of the rooms i think its worth it for a short stay.

Next door kids screaming, peoplegossiping can be heard from our room. Conclusion.there is no privacy dueto no sound proofing the walls..

And there 24hours front desk is bad, because I call it around 1am have no ppl pick up and front drek have no one at there. Beside that, the water heater is not really hot when in the morning.
