Review 2：Great location, next to the lake and just in a few minutes walking from the center. Cozy and nice room. There are two types of sauna for hotel guests, and a small gym (with rather limited equipment, but still it's better than nothing...). Good breakfast!

Review 7：The rooms and especially the bathrooms are clearly designed to look good, without regards to what is practical. The in-tub shower had a too short hose and the screen is so small that the whole bathroom is soaked...

Review 16：The rooms do not reach 4 star quality. They are plain and vein. food very average. You should not call Sauna a room where you have a heater to make the room warm and the stow is really not a stow and on the top of all you are not allowed to throw water on the stow which is the whole idea of the Sauna!.

Review 18：We chose this hotel because we had a good memory of it from some years ago. This year, however, things had changed. There were not enough staff and they were not very polite. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and had to wait almost an hour for the food (if we had knew we would have gone anywhere else). When we complained, the waiter started arguing about how long we had been waiting instead of just apologizing. We did get desserts for free after some more waiting, arguing and bargaining, but as a result the child was not in bed before 10 pm. It was also difficult to sleep because of strange noises (aircon? lift?). No view from the room.
Review 19：Jönköping is a natural place to spend the night at if you travel from e.g. northern Germany to Stockholm by car. The hotel is one of very few in Jönköping to have a closed garage.

Review 23：I would not recommend to stay at rooms on the 2nd floor that have window view to the hotel inside. I had to keep my curtains closed all the time because people passing by my window were looking at me and that's not nice at all....
