Review 1：The pillows were small and uncomfortable. The one bed had no support and we rolled into each other. Our room could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed something that had dripped down the wall and hair in the bathroom.

Review 2：It was nice having breakfast included. We enjoyed the pool and slide. It had a decent set up and was clean.

Review 5：The front desk staff should learn a little bit more courtesy. For example; when she is on the phone, and there are guests on the front desk waiting for her to finish her call, acknowledge the guests, tell them that she will be right with them (us) shortly, smile and make the call short and sweet. We've stayed in this hotel numerous times and this is the factor that they should really work on since front desk staff are the first person/s whom guests interact with.

Review 7：The bathroom door was hanging off the top hinges and wouldn`t close. Maintenance came quite promptly to fix but it was an unnecessary annoyance. We had just booked in and wanted to freshen up after a long drive Next problem was seeing a large yellowish brown stain in the bathtub. I examined it and decided it had to be a paint spill or some other stain that could not easily be removed. Also found the elevator was sluggish.

Review 16：Easy to get to. Amenities like breakfast, and a restaurant in the parking lot are immensely important to a traveller. Not having to drive to eat is huge.

Review 17：Too much chlorine in pool. Price was $400. Staff was rude to my youngest son cuz he didn't have shoes on for breakfast. Coffepot is one cup at a time needs to be a pot. Everything on bottom floor (ice treats etc). If I have to pay so much for a room it better have what I want. Oh ya WiFi wouldn't work either.

Review 21：My husband and I found the city to be very stereotypical of aboriginal people. In the 20 hours we spent in the city we experienced stereotypical comments at 2 different locations, one being Rentco on the north side of the city and then passing by The Den as we were trying to find a parking space at the hotel.

The man never fixed the door until we gave them a notice in handwriting....poor communication between the front desk and male worker. The evening lady at the front desk was fair to us and communicated the issue in the book.

Review 25：-cleaning staff knocked and walked into my room before I could answer the door early in the morning while I was trying to get some extra sleep - only place for my dog to go to the bathroom was next to a very busy road - parking shared with a restaurant so it difficult to find a space at night - mini fridge was on floor under a counter so it was difficult to use - given a room that faced an outside smoking area for the staff and no view

Review 26：- the room had a good amount of space - it was located near good shopping areas and many were accessible by foot - pool area was nice and conveniently located - complimentary breakfast had everything needed for a good start to the day - casino within walking distance -lots of restaurants within walking distance - microwave in room

Review 28：We like the location, the business's in close proximity for all your shopping needs and the casino and the Den and Carvey. We were given a discount at the Den and Carvey because of the stay at the this hotel.

Review 30：What I do not like is that I needed a credit card to make a reservation, I do not have a credit card, and a pre paid credit card should be allowed, and it was not allowed..or even a visa debit from CIBC

Review 31：My room had two queen beds one at which had food in it when we pulled down the covers. The tub in the bathroom not only had mole growing around the sides but hair quite a bit of hair in it and there was urine still on the toilet. If your gonna charge high prices for your rooms they should be well worth it.

Review 33：I didn't find any of the hotel staff friendly with the exception of the two breakfast ladies. Housekeeping did a great job but not a smile or how are you was seen or heard. The check in clerk griped about the customers on the phone and the 2 in person. I asked for a room that was close to the doors as I had two mobility challenged elderly parents I was travelling with. I was told not possible and she never even looked at the computer and we were as far away as she could get us.

Review 35：The whole building is pretty worn and tired. Chipped paint and worn woodwork everywhere. When we got off of the elevator on our floor we were met with a toilet discarded in the hallway! Disgusting! It was still there several hours later!

Review 37：I would have liked to have been told the hotel was under construction, my Mother is allergic to dust and the Hotel was quite dusty. My father is limited to his mobility do to a severely bad back so I requested a room on the first floor, do to construction they had to put us on the second floor. When cleaning our rooms the staff did not restock our supplies three times and they never did restock the shampoo and conditioner. The water in the hot tub was foamy I'm not sure why.

Review 53：The power outlets in my room didn't work at all so I couldn't charge my phone and the room phone didn't work and the people at the front desk told me that wasn't possible. Pretty poor costumer service if u ask me.

Review 56：Unfortunately it was noisy. I got the quiet side of the building but there were drunk patrons walking through the halls at all hours of the night and morning waking everyone else up. I didn't get to sleep.

It's close to the casino so needless to say there was a lot of loud drunk people walking in the halls of the Inn.. The night receptionist was more involved with a personal phone call then our service..

Review 63：Front desk staff very nice and professional. I love the fact that you have the option of canceling your room up until 6 pm on the day of your stay! this is a nice option when travelling in the winter... can check the weather and not be worried that all availability is gone!

Review 69：The fact i found a dirty diaper is my room. Housekeeping did come up right away to deal with it. My mom was supposed to get a taxi voucher to get to the airport and was not given it and she had to pay out of pocket. Was given the money back in cash from front desk so was taken care of.

Review 77：We checked in on a Thursday night for a four night stay. We were in town for a wedding and instead of staying at another hotel with excellent discount rates with most of the wedding guests we choose this hotel for the pool. Someone broke the glass on the waterside the first night we were there and had no access to the pool our entire stay. The hotel didn't have anyone fixing the glass through the whole weekend. I'm sure they could have played for a little overtime to have someone fix it before Monday.
