Review 1：There was nothing to dislike.

Review 2：Everything, beautiful traditional style riad which had the wow factor, fabulous customer service throughout my stay, bedroom was large, comfortable & very elegant, roof top terrace where delicious breakfast was served each morning had stunning panoramic views of the sea, port and town, hotel exceeded my expectations.

Review 3：The wifi cut out constantly which was inconvenient during a work skype call. And also, I put out a "Do Not Disturb" sign the door to take a nap and the cleaning lady walked in anyways, so that wasn't fun.

Review 4：Jaw dropping gorgeous. Breakfast was great and every room was beautifully decorated. Looks perfect for someone who wants to get married there because it actually is stunning.

Review 5：beautiful but neglected terrace with dripping on tables from roof cover so some tables weren't usable. Stuff insisted on taking breakfast on terrace despite foggy windy conditions... and worse they aren't prepared to remove breakfast remains at guest's leaving so seagulls immediately attack the remains at the table beneath you; the bread baskets are torn and I wonder whether the remaining jam is filled into new bowls...

Review 6：nice and clean room, beautiful terrace and good location. If it hadn't been for the breakfast situation which could be changed with little effort we would have returned at our second stay at Essaouira. So we stayed at LeMedina, not so original but spotless with perfect service...

Review 7：WLAN down. People are allowed to smoke inside the restaurant - so we had people smoking cugarettes while having breakfast! Not good at all!

Review 9：- the natural light in the whole ryad as the interior of many buildings in the town are dark - breakfast on the terrace in December - the situation in Essaouira - the professionnal staff and their friendly welcome - the confort of the room - the character of the building We will come back!

Review 10：The gentleman (Mohammed?) @ the receptionist was the opposite of Asma...cold and uncaring!

Review 11：Asma... she is the riad's best asset; accommodating, caring and easy to deal with.

Review 12：Room was very noisy even with windows and shutters closed. There was a foul smell in the room which the staff attributed to the location of the riad. However it turned out to be a burst pipe in the wall. Were offered a different room on the last night of our stay only.

Review 13：The riad is beautiful and well located. We were upgraded to a suite as it was our anniversary. We had one meal there and the food was superb. Staff mostly friendly and attentive.

Review 19：This riad is gorgeous and the food was top notch. We were upgraded and given a huge room that was beautiful! After arrival we went out to find a place to eat lunch and decided to come back here for the veggie couscous and veggie tagine that was one of the best meals we had while in Morocco. their wine is also very nice! The staff were superb and very helpful

Review 20：Nice hotel. Good location just inside the gates to medina. Big clean room nice big comfortable bed. No air con but didn't need it rooms nice and cool even though middle of summer. Great roof terrace for breakfast and views.

Review 21：Beautiful hotel and traditional old style architecture making you feelyou are really in Morocco. Lovely moroccan breakfast and lovely to siton the roof terrace for breakfast. Restaurant meal was very tasty. Stafffriendly and room cleaned very well.
