Review 1：The internet failed apparently right after the administrator left so there was no service until the next day.
Review 2：Great service from the hotel's staff. They are on top of the things you need. They seem to love what they do and try to make you feel at home.
Review 3：Staff was unable to provide a reasonable treatment There was no hot water in our room and they did nothing until we requested strongly for a change of room Shower has green fungus Mattresses are of the poorest quality They won't give you bottles of water but the first night They provided only one poor quality small roll of toilet paper/day Facilities are old and they lack maintenance Breakfast is outrageous, disconcerting and tiny You definitely can get better accomodation half the price Cleaners are abusevily noisy in the early morning, they would talk loud and shout apart from making noise Staff is unfriendly There are no tea facilities in the room!

Review 5：The beds were like rocks. The food was terrible and the service in the restaurant was completely unprofessional. The noise from every corner of the hotel reached our room the water pipes were as loud as 747's. The staff were slamming doors louder than any of the other guests.

Review 7：The odd thing, we needed to pay by arrival, with an option to pay up front whole amount or at least pay every day as the cours of dollar might change?! Hallo we are from and having holiday in Mexico, want to pay with pesos, not interested what the dollar does. And why before we even have seen the room? Strange all together. After that everything went well but would be better without this kind of surprise by arrival. We didn't like that there wasn't a water cooker so no possibility to make a tea or coffee.
