Review 1：Disappointing bathroom was not up to standard. The bath drain ran into bathroom waste and therefore water went all over floor. All the furnishings were shabby chair covers were all stained. Was surprised as we stayed at other Elite hotels and they were very good.

Review 3：Some items in the room were a little " worn"...but it's an older hotel. Very active pub onsite...great breakfast presentation and variety .

Review 4：Great view of Lake from rooms on North side of building. Very pleasant to watch the train traffic on Lake's edge...insulated widows do not transmit noise. Close to popular pier with restaurants and boats. The lake's waters are very clear and nice for swimming.

Review 5：The hotel has a large PUB on the ground floor and we had a room above the Pub. It was very noisy and the room had no air conditioning so it was necessary to have windows open during hot weather

Review 7：The bathroom for an italian couole was too small. I prefer something a little bit bigger than that, but the view was perfect to have two relaxing days.

Review 8：I'd love the staff, when we arrived. They were so gently and gave US the opportunity to modify a little bit the check out, so the hotel is really elegante but flexible.

Review 9：The disco opposite the hotel was noisy on Friday evening, but we had no problems about moving to another room next day.

Review 21：Maid didn't always change our towels when needed. On our penultimate day we put soaking wet towels in bath only to come back to find they were slung over rail, not even folded. The reason they were so wet was that when we showered the bathroom was sailing with water because the screen was two inches short of the bath.

Review 22：Lovely location. Reception staff were very nice. Breakfast was very good with ample choices. We went at various times for breakfast but it was never crowded and plenty of different seating areas. Beautiful features inside.

Review 24：The room was in bad shape, looked worn out, lights that didnt work, a broken door arm. The breakfast was pathetic - pale and watery scrambled egg, over fried bacon, cheap cheese, boring factory produced bread, cheap fruit salad etc. A disappointment from a hotel chain that used to be the cool new kid on the block

Review 41：Great location, friendly staff, clean hotel. We had a coroner room overlooking the lake and it was nice. There is a train track that has frequent trains but we found it charming. The train bells sounded like windchimes and we enjoyed being able to see people walking along the sidewalks and pier.also, after walking through the city I feel that this may be one of the nicest hotels and locations in Jonkoping.

Review 42：Our room was quite a distance from the lift so had a far walk to reach it and did not have much of a view. It over looked the working area of the hotel at the back but on the other hand we were not bothered by noise at night so had a good nights sleep. The breakfast area was very functional and quite noisy but the food was very good and plentiful.

Review 43：The hotel was in the centre of town and close to the harbour were there were some great restaurants. Good playroom for children. Staff very helpful. We had not been left any tea in our room but after contacting reception a young lady brought up a supply in no time at all.No on site parking but there was a secure parking house close by.

Air Conditioning : There is none, not unusual for Sweden, but our trip coincided with 30°C+ days. You have to have the windows open to sleep cool(ish).
