Review 1：I don't like dishonesty - this was 2 stars at best. The room was filthy, the sheets were threadbare and mine were ripped, the carpet is threadbare and heavily stained, the beds awful - it was just horrid. The advertising said 4 stars and that is what I expected. It reminded me of staying in a 2 star property in Seymour - only difference is at least they were honest and advertised as 2 stars. So disappointing.

Review 10：Beds were so comfortable, air-con kept us warm and loved the spa in the room instead of in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Review 11：Very outdated. Kitchen supplies not in kitchen but in wall cupboard near front door, weird. Bathroom not clean and water splashes everywhere when you shower, no where to put your clothes.

Review 13：We waited 45mins for breakfast even though the restaurant was not even 25% full. Coffees alone took almost 30mins and were less than average. Eggs bene was on burnt English muffins. We sent back and did not pay.
Review 14：Room was spacious though noisy with an interconnecting door to neighbours. Décor on the inside did not match the outside or pics online but it is reasonable value for money when just travelling through.
Review 15：Excellent restaurant, friendly helpful staff & good sized rooms with all the facilities for a comfortable stay. Ability to park car with float safely on-site was a bonus. I booked based on previous reviews with the parking & restaurant a main consideration. I was not disappointed.

Review 55：Our greeting on arrival left us wanting to move accommodation but having already paid that was not an option. The receptionist was extremely rude and unapproachable. Key was thrown on the counter and we had to ask where our room was the response received "over there on the left" was as clear as mud as our room was yes on the left but then around the corner and down a hallway.
