Review 1：Reception stuff are not so friendly After you payed for a night stay there is unpossible to put some additional services f e restaurant on the room bill

Review 33：Superb help from staff. It was great with a Go-Kart on site. Very fun. We traveled with motorcycles and we needed some support from a mechanic on thursday morning. He did a great job! Best regards for all staffmembers!!
Review 34：Rooms on the east side of the hotel are a little bit too warm. Air conditioning does not work if windows are opened. There is also a quite bright light shining into the room. Therefore it necessary to close the curtain, what also leads to a quite "hot night"

Review 39：The staff were very unhelpful, the air conditioning didn't work. We told staff every night about how hot the room was and we got 5 different answers as to why the ACU wouldn't work. No Tea or Coffee facilities, fresh linen happened once in 5 nights, had to pay for Go Kart and Pool when didn't in the past, poor selection on the TV (only Polish speaking channels)

Review 41：The staff at the reception desk wasn't friendly at all. We arrived aday later than expected and even though the hotel was nearly empty, theycharged us for the full amount. Next to that additional charges weremade for having a small child sleeping with me in my bed (40 euros).
