Review 1：I emailed them I was expecting the monk and let him pray for me in the morning but they did not tell me so I still book the room but they monk did not show up and I was so disappoint because I'm here for the monk only

Review 3：Bedroom, did not use a proper cleaned duvet, no telephone in the room, water was flood after showered, breakfast was uneatable, no car park provided, swimming pool was out of order, staff don't speak English, staff has no service minded, the night staff was ok but not for the day time, it is unreasonable price compared with the service and facilities, and amenities. The hotel sign was different name from the hotel name in the website. Wifi was not working.
Review 4：The room with the picture was so much look different, swimming pool was out of order, it was not notice on the website when i made a booking through booking.com, I had booked a nice room but it was terrible room I had, staff was no English spoken, Breakfast was shocking uneatable,

Review 7：I honestly can't think of anything that I didn't like, the location is a bit out of the way but that was hardly an issue since they met us at a nearby store and gave us a ride right to the resort.
Review 8：The staff was very friendly and went well out of their way to accommodate us, the resort is amazingly beautiful and peaceful, the beds were comfortable and the rooms clean, the resort grounds are well maintained, nothing bad to say really.
