Reviews for Palais Des Remparts
Review 1:Some rooms do not have windows to the outside (only to the inside of the hotel) but this is traditional thing and not a serious concern
Review 2:Amazing central location and the terrace
Review 3:Restaurant somewhat soul-less - never saw anyone eating there (other than breakfast which was included). Decor tired & seemed grubby in places. Staff on reception when I was leaving could have been much better - first asked if I could pay my 5 day bill in cash rather than card but didn't explain why. I didn't have enough cash to do this (& didn't have time to get any as catching a specific bus) & then I was asked if I could pay 50% of bill in cash which I couldn't either. I paid by card but when I asked if there was a charge for this they said probably but they didn't know what ... Then I left without being thanked or wished well (very unlike my other experiences in Morocco) or being asked if I needed any help with my luggage (which I didn't but would have been nice to have been asked). To emphasise however - the person on reception when I checked in was lovely & professional as were other staff during my stay.
Review 4:Most of the staff were lovely. Location great. Interesting building. Great view from roof terrace.
Review 5:No alcohol licence - although dinner tables set with wine glasses Restaurant area is in the open atrium of the Riad, hence cold in January Inadequate room heating for January temperatures
Review 6:Roof terrace with its breakfast and bar seating has fabulous views of the ocean breaking along the whole length of Essaouira's rocky shoreline. Excellent and great value laundry service Well furnished spacious bedrooms Good standard of food at breakfast and dinner Lift to all floors - just as well as the spiral stairs has no handrails (problematic for seniors)
Review 7:It was a bit too pricey. We stayed on the third floor and were directly below the kitchen - very noisy from 7am every morning (first room on left at top of stairs/out of lift). The terrace is underutilised - exclusively used for the restaurant really. There were a couple of loungers at the very top, but they were broken and it was clear this area was not often used. If this area was made a lot more comfortable, I might have just stayed here all day as it's a really beautiful spot. We had wanted to use the hot tub, but it was a bit too pricey for us - prices are quoted per person, I think it was around ~£20/20 minutes, I felt like this was too much.
Review 8:The bath! Deepest bath I've seen, beautifully tiled with plentiful hot water. The terrace! Beautiful 360 degree views of the sea, the ramparts and medina. The buffet! The staff - especially the doormen and restaurant staff were very friendly, but they do mainly speak French.
Review 9:Incredible location right at the ocean's edge. Great roof terrace to watch the sun set into the Atlantic. A hotel, not a riad so it's larger and breakfast is not included. Large clean rooms and bathrooms. Open you window an hear the surf.
Review 10:Sharing the buffet breakfast (served on the rooftop terrace) with the birds. Receptionist wasn't very helpful or accommodating. Generally inexperienced/badly managed staff. Noise in the evening from the restaurant - music was played too loudly.
Review 11:Great view from the rooftop terrace. Located very centrally within the Medina. Nice looking decor.
Review 12:No
Review 13:Location was perfect for both the medina and the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms that we had was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was a buffet and very well stocked.
Review 14:The music in the foyer was unnecessary and occasionally a bit loud...
Review 15:The roof terrace was a fabulous location for breakfast and views and basking in the sun...
Review 16:- Big dead bug under my pillow - Lights don't turn off completely (they keep flashing for the first hour or two) - Toilet keeps running the whole night - Working on the building right next to my room when the hotel was almost completely empty - The most arrogant person I have ever met at a reception in my life - Now I understand why they were offering the room for 45€ in stead of 95€!!! I have never written one bad review about any place in Morocco, but "Palais das Remparts" deserves a bad review. Extremely unfriendly and not humble lady at the reception (that was memorable). Unfortunately my only bad experience in more than 7 stays in Morocco (stayed in about 20 or more hotels). TIP. Don't stay here, because there are so many beautiful places to stay in Essaouira with nice and friendly authentic staff.
Review 17:The location is great and that's about all. The view from the terrace is great, but the furniture, service and decoration sucks.
Review 18:The suite we had smelt of mold which was quite unpleasant. Poor toiletry. We were given some fresh fruits, but no plates or knives.
Review 19:Excellent location overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Nice to have breakfast on the roof terasse Nice staff
Review 20:The breakfast was fine, but not as good as you might have in small riads that make it on the spot.
Review 21:Great location right on the ramparts with a fantastic view from its terrace (where you have breakfast), friendly staff. Try the restaurant right next door (Sirocco)
Review 22:The staff were great, although the language barrier was difficult at times. Breakfast was lovely and with a spectacular view! No complaints at all!
Review 23:There is strange smell in room 102 which need to soted out.
Review 24:I liked the hotel staff specially miss Farah who was extremely polite and professional at her work.
Review 25:Our room was cleaned during our stay and whilst I didn't leave a mess of my things, they packed up my stuff which kind of irked me as it felt a bit invasive.
Review 26:Massive room. Small view of the ocean from the room, it was great leaving the window open at night and hearing the waves crash. Nice terrace. Staff helped us make a reservation at a restaurant.
Review 27:Cannot fault anything.
Review 28:Palais des Remparts is a stunningly located, beautifully decorated and sympathetically restored building. It oozes authenticity and a tranquil ambience. Superb team of staff who go over and above the normal standards expected. Everyone chamber staff, and cleaners, recepionists, waiters and doormen were most pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and kind.
Review 29:The lamps did not work so needed to ask those to be fixed. The television did not work and needed attention. Water came though windows when we had a very bad storm. The curtains need to be refitted on a bracket that is not falling down and the curtain holders at the side need attention. We needed to ask for bottled water.
Review 30:We had an amazing view from our room. The service we received from was exceptional. With the problems we did have with the room they were seen to immediately. Breakfast was great!
Review 31:Will be happier with some nice hot croissant in the morning.
Review 32:Lovely sea view breakfast! Highly appreciate their helpful staff, smiling faces from lobby to terrace breakfast place. And my friend enjoyed very much the massage in spa room, she had twice and both were much better than what she exprienced at some other places in town.
Review 33:The hotel at first claimed not to have a record of the booking we made via booking.com (we had made it the previous day) and we spent about twenty minutes faffing about until they found it. Breakfast was not great - buffet-style sitting out in the morrocan heat and supervised by aggressive Essaouiran seagulls, I don't recommend paying the extra for this. The hotel is not as grand as I'd expected for the price, though perfectly serviceable - it was like a slightly more hotel-y version of our riad and in hinsight probably overpriced.
Review 34:The hotel is built in a riad-style around a wide courtyard, which is lovely. The room was large and had a similarly large mosaic-tiled bathroom which was great for lounging in the tub. There were in-house food options, including alcohol, which was a bonus for us at that point in our holiday, though we didn't end up eating there.
Review 35:Facilities are a bit aged and you can feel it, still these are only details - somewhere curtains disattached from rail, somewhere something else etc
Review 36:Location was perfect, not so loud but in a minute walk from all the restaurants. We had a room with ocean view and it was just perfect.
Review 37:The room was charged to my credit card even though I had explicitly asked not to.
Review 38:We stay in at least 50 hotels per year and this is probably the highest rating I have given. Simply excellent. The view over a good breakfast is breath taking. It is a convenient walk from the official city guarded car park and a good point to explore the city. Staff is professional, generous with their smiles and go out of their way to accommodate you.
Review 39:Amazing place & staff. We couldn't have been more pleased & will definitely book again. I can't remember having a better view during breakfast.
Review 40:Our room smelled so so bad, off urine, it was disgusting and musty. The breakfast was horrible. The reception staff were friendly but the staff on the terrace and at breakfast were very rude and unfriendly.
Review 41:The location was good, close to nice restaurants and walking distance from the beach.
Review 42:The rooms were disappointing( no real seaviews) and had extra single beds even if not needed. The decoration lacked details and finesse. The place has huge potential but it lacks care. The breakfast was awful and very badly presented( all dishes covered in clean film). Room for improvement.
Review 43:The free wifi was great. The bed was huge and comfortable. The bathtub was awesome.
Review 44:We went with our 6-year old daughter who was fussed over by staff (she loved it). A beautiful hotel with a lovely courtyard and great view of the Spanish cannons and the sea. It is located near good restaurants (for Moroccan food) that sometimes have African blues/Gnaou guitarists performing within (Ramses and Le Sirocco restaurants). Stayed in a large, airy duplex room with sitting area that was very comfortable.
Review 45:The salon of our room was spacios but carpet badly needed cleaning. Towels were a bit worn.
Review 46:The staff were all very polished and accomodating. We liked the easy access to the canons and ramparts with relaxed shopping and restaurant options directly beneath the ramparts.
Review 47:The breakfast was little to write home about and the bar / coffee etc was exceptionally more then the local cafes and restaurants so doesn't encourage you to stay.
Review 48:Location was fantastic with amazing views from the roof top, friendly staff and beautiful rooms.
Review 49:Forte odore di muffa nella stanza
Review 50:I gestori ci hanno trovato un altra sistemazione pocihe' l'aria nella stanza prenotata era irrespriabile a causa del forte odore di muffa
Review 51:Would describe as being more stylish than luxury.
Review 52:Friendly and helpful staff, good location, great views of the ocean from roof terrace and generous buffet breakfast served on terrace.
Review 53:The hotel is quite old and the shower in the dated bathroom took a bit to get working. However, you can't expect 5 star when the hotel is so cheap.
Review 54:The room was spacious and although old, had a comfortable bed and flat screen TV. Morocco can be very noisy at night and I was worried that this place being in its great location would be the same but once inside the hotel it's very peaceful and quiet.
Review 55:No aircon. So can imagine it would be hot in summer and on the west side of the riad.
Review 56:Everything. The location, the view, the very helpful English speaking staff. The traditional decor. Etc etc
Review 57:Breakfast was pretty basic but there's so much other great food to eat on essaouira I wasn't that bothered. My TV didn't work in my room but again wasn't really concerned about watching TV anyway.
Review 58:Great location within the medina. Close to the coast. Super friendly and helpful staff. Really comfy bed and large room.
Review 59:The property is a little worn but still lovely and the views can't be beat.
Review 60:I must admit, my heart sank when the taxi pulled up to the medina to drop us off. I had thought I was booking one of those nice hotels on the main boulevard facing the ocean. Having recently been in Marrakech, I had had enough of medinas. But this hotel turned out to be in the perfect location! It was only a short walk into the medina and when we got to our room on the roof and the rooftop terrace open to all, the view was amazing! It looks to be the highest point in town. The ocean and the fort and canons are directly below you. It was an amazing place to sit and have a beer or tea. The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was spacious and nice. I would certainly return to beautiful Essaouira and the Palais des Remparts for a longer stay!
Review 61:hosted a tour group down in the restaurant on a Wednesday evening...extremely loud music until 1130pm! Smelt a tad musty- but just opened the windows and let some of the breeze in.
Review 62:Friendly staff. Strong wifi. Very big shower with hot water! Comfortable beds
Review 63:The rooftop dining area was very damp in the mornings when there was a sea mist and the sun hadn't dried chairs. When the hotel has only a few guests they don't put out the buffet and the plate of breakfast was not as good as the buffet choice . Bit of a steep sided bath which was hard to climb into!
Review 64:Excellent location very central. Wonderful rooftop dining area with superb views. 3rd floor room with sea view was perfect and we loved lying in bed listening to the waves. The room was very quiet Friendly helpful staff Breakfast buffet
Review 65:Based on Morocco prices, we thought the price per night was a bit high. We also weren't warned that there would be no electricity or water from 8am-12pm on the Sunday we stayed there. On the last day we were there the water didn't work before we left. The credit card machine also didn't work so we had to pay in cash. Overall, we were happy and enjoyed our stay. Just be prepared for the unexpected as you should be for all your time in Morocco.
Review 66:The location is perfect and the staff is lovely. At the entrance to the medina have one of the men waiting there take you and your luggage to the hotel. You'll never find it otherwise. Don't pay more than 30 dirham. As with everything in Morocco, negotiate beforehand. Our room was on the top floor and we had a gorgeous view of the ocean.
Review 67:Certainly had the 'wow' factor......beautifully decorated and equipped in quality traditional Moroccan style. The roof terrace where the sumptuous breakfast is served has amazing views of the ocean.
Review 68:Seating in bedroom not suitable. Coffee supply at buffet could be updated - not good system. And it needs staff attention during service times.
Review 69:Superb top floor room with sea and rooftop views with buffet breakfast outside our door Contact with staff at all times excellent, friendly and efficient. We had our own personal seagull in charge of security.
Review 70:Had to ask staff to clean Windows as got salted up which spoiled the view. Had to ask to have 2 lights fixed but all done immediately and willingly.
Review 71:The view from the riif
Review 72:I'm loathed to say anything bad because we had such a great stay but if I had to be picky breakfast isn't great. It is a self-service buffet which is great because you can have as much as you want, there is lots of choice and it is available 7.30am till 11am. However, everything was a bit stale and tasteless. Nothing tasted fresh and obviously the buffet set up meant nothing was war.
Review 73:The staff were lovely, very helpful and made an effort to chat to us: asking about our day etc. It was pretty easy to find considering how difficult Moroccan Medina's can be to navigate sometimes and very close to the harbour and the main square. After staying in a Riad in Marrakech it was nice to have a bit more space and anonymity.
Review 74:The staff were amazing. Kind (even when I questioned the bill-my falt I might add) and attentive. Breakfast on the terrace was great and we had lunch one day and it was really good. We would have eaten there more often but sadly they did not serve wine. Will definitely return.
Review 75:The setting just inside the medina is great and the best panoramic view from the terrace where a brilliant buffet breakfast is served. Our room was huge and the biggest bath ever! But it's the gentle attentiveness of all the staff that really made our stay such a pleasure.
Review 76:There was a little bit of a strange smell in the bedroom but nothing that was a problem and it wouldn't put us off going there again. I booked in for a French manicure which was nice but not like a French manicure in England as the options of colours were quite bright. I paid for this at the end of the stay as it is added to your bill and was charged almost double as apparently I also had a hand massage (I just asked for a manicure)! They did take some money off but still paid more than the advertised price ... But the girl who did it was lovely!
Review 77:The location is amazing and so is the view from the rooftop, as it looks over the ramparts and out sea. The bedrooms are nice and I would definitely say take advantage of the massive bath. The hotel staff are really helpful and they offer a free guided tour (2 days a week) around the medina. The guide did take us into two shops (argan oil and silver) but we didn't feel pressured and we just politely had a quick look round. We used the hammam which was a nice experience and we left the hotel feeling very relaxed.
Review 78:If I have to be picky, service was a bit slow on account of being understaffed, but given that I stayed in Feb, that's understandable
Review 79:Great stay: staff, rooms, location, rooftop view, breakfast/food - excellent value for money
Review 80:Nothing.
Review 81:Beautiful room and hotel, great location and the hotel's guide Shae-Shae gave such depth to our understandable of Essaouira. His knowledge of the city's history was thorough and he was a joy to be around.
Review 82:Sadly no alcohol served on the premises. We would certainly have eaten there more often if wine was served.
Review 83:The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. The view of the sea from our window was breathtaking. The food was delicious. Good breakfast included.
Review 84:This riad is ideally situated just inside the madina. Easy to get to beaches for lovely long walks, several good restaurants serving wine (check menu board says 'carte du vin'), lovely big bath to soak off the sand after a day in the sun and wind. Breakfasts good, friendly staff.
Review 85:Confusion over the final bill - always take all booking docs.
Review 86:We had a room on the roof terrace - beautiful views. Lovely breakfast and very helpful and cheerful staff.
Review 87:Some furnishings were worn: lampshades, etc which spoilt the overall excellent effect.
Review 88:Stylish building with tasteful decoration, excellent staff and a comfortable room.
Review 89:Unsafe electrical heater in the room.
Review 90:Great ocean and town views. Breakfast on the terrace. Friendly staff. In the Medina, yet still quiet. Call ahead so staff can met you at the Medina Entrance to get to the hotel.
Review 91:White clothes a bit aged.
Review 92:Friendly and professional stuff. Very good breakfasts (at the rooftops), excellent location & clean and very big room. Don't miss the hammam!
Review 93:The wifi worked everywhere in the hotel but in our room. We had two small children, but could only accommodate one small bed, but main bed was big enough for 3! Water was sometimes cold, and in winter, a hot bath is essential, as it gets quite chilly at night. No central heating, but a small heater available.
Review 94:We had the room on the rooftop with an excellent seaview. On the same level was the breakfast bar and evening bar - very convenient - and in no way were we disturbed by 'traffic'. Staff were absolutely charming and very dedicated - nothing was too much to ask. The bathtub was enormous, a real treat after a day of walking.
Review 95:INFORMATION: Would be good to have had some additional information pamphlet / folder in our room of local attractions / recommendations. BEDROOM: A little outdated and think could do with a new lick of paint, new rugs, new curtains and a duvet that fitted the bed properly. Also smelt a bit damp but room was clean. TV did not really work very well and if it had a DVD built-in would have been a good addition. The heating issue could be better if they installed air conditioning.
Review 96:GREAT WELCOME: Warmly welcomed and the majority of staff had a good level of English otherwise most also spoke French. INFORMATION: Thanks to Mme Rachida for providing lots of email contact prior to arrival and recommendations during our stay. Also had a free 3 hour tour guide who was excellent providing some great historical information and took us to some great sights. TRANSPORT: Thanks to Hossna for organising onward travel to the Atlas Mountains. LOCATION: Well located only a few minutes from the taxi rank / square and a couple of minutes from the Dar Skala with the impressive ramparts and lots of shops and restaurants. ROOMS: A good spacious room with nice bathroom and a small view of the sea from the corner of the window. Good sized TV. HOTEL FACILITIES: Super rooftop views where we had breakfast everyday, definitely one of the most impressive things of this hotel. Also a lovely entrance with the large courtyard looking up to the four floors. Only one small lift but also a staircase. SPA: Excellent Hamman and good Spa facilities run by Fatima-Ezzahra and her colleague Arbia. There was also a jacuzzi but we did not use this. FOOD: We only ate here on the first night where they put on a Christmas Eve dinner - a very large quantity of food and first introduction to Moroccan Cuisine. Great with entertainment of traditional Gnaoua music which is one of the major attractions of Essaouira with an annual festival. Good breakfast every morning with omelettes and pancakes, yoghurts and fruit. Essaouira is a magical place and very chilled out with lots of wonderful places to explore in the Medina and a vast beach to walk along. Overall a good hotel all the staff made us very welcome and we appreciated all their help and making our Christmas so special. Thank you and best wishes for 2015!
Review 97:Only an electric heater in the room during the cold nights.
Review 98:Great location near to the main Madina square. We had a love room with an exceptionally large bath. The Riad had a lovely roof terrace which overlooks the harbour and sea.
Review 99:The time of year I went to stay in Essouaria was December 7th not a good time for hotel service it is all over by then. So I was led to believe, naively, that the restaurant would be open. It was opened for me alone, and I was offered food, but it was inedible. But they wanted me to have food. They are very kind people.
Review 100:The civility of the staff, bordering on delightful at times. if you smile they smile but if you dont they dont, so smile. The ladies who run the hotel are sweet and pleasant, and the guys, there were 2 main protagonists at the time, couldnt do enough, but this was at the end of the season, so there was not much for them to do. It would be teeming in season.
Review 101:Seagulls watching me have breakfast 2 feet away
Review 102:The staff are so friendly and helpful. The whole place is spotlessly clean. The food and service are to be highly recommended.
Review 103:Nothing. All great. The only thing some visitors might comment on is that the Wi-fi is a tiny bit slow at times but hey - get a life - you're on holiday!
Review 104:Really cheerful and happy staff. A beautiful building in a great location within very close proximity to the sound of the ocean. Good Moroccan breakfast - more than you can eat - unlike some riad's, especially in Marrakech, which serve just a flat bread, a yoghourt and a berber pancake. Have travelled Morocco a lot over many years and would definitely visit again if in Essaouria.
Review 105:There was nothing not to like during our stay. The hotel, the location, staff, and the food were all excellent. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning, all the food was freshly prepared and delicious.
Review 106:The shower didn't work properly. Only 1 coat hanger between 2 of us. Asked for more, no you can't have any. Asked for iron, no not today. Breakfast not good. Watched guests clear tables so they could sit down. Food not replenished, no greeting, not offered omelettes.guests only found out if the saw other people eating them. 4 staff stood around. No excuse for dirty tables, empty water jugs, empty coffee pots, no hot water for tea. Breakfast of a very poor quality. Would not return, would not recommended. No safe in room.
Review 107:We paid over €100 per night for a suite and found the room to be of a good size and the bed comfortable.
Review 108:Breakfast could have been better. There was only sweet food and the service not on the top.
Review 109:We had first a regular room, which was dark and smelly. After 2 nights we could change to the rooftop room with a wonderful sea view. Fatima, the lady at the reception was very helpful and arranged everything we wanted. Sunset is amazing from the roof terrace.
Review 110:"Luxury hotel" is a generous description at best. It is very comfortable, but it is not luxury. Also, getting there was not super difficult but you have to walk through the medina asking for directions, which may not be the best strategy if you are dragging a suitcase.
Review 111:Fantastic location. Truly beautiful, and the rooftop patio is spectacular. The beds are good and the rooms are fine, but nothing exceptional. They make up for comfort with character!
Review 112:We wished we'd able to stay longer
Review 113:Receptionist was delightful, likewise her colleague that came to meet us and helped with our expanse of luggage. Great location bordering the medina on the waters edge. close to parking. View from the roof terrace was amazing.
Review 114:Very helpful staff. Very clean and a great room - we were upgraded in order to accommodate our twin room request without extra charge. Perfect location right in the middle of it all. Short walk to and from the bus station. Highly recommended.
Review 115:Lovely Riad, we had a beautiful Maisonette suite. The terrace, where breakfast is served, faces the sea and is a wonderful place to relaxe. The staff ist very kind, professional and helpful.
Review 116:From the pick up by the taxi driver who had waited patiently for over an hour as we were finally permitted entry to Morocco, to the warmest welcoming smile that awaited us at reception in The Palais de Remparts in Essaouira our stay here was wonderful. All the staff were extremely helpful, charming, polite. The hotel is a converted Rhiad with a traditional central courtyard. The rooms all have a balcony that overlooks this, three floors from which the palm trees and a fountain sit among traditional tiled and marble floors. House Buntings roost among the fronds of the palm trees over night. Our room was on the top floor with fantastic sea views, not overlooked so we slept with curtains and window open , the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks below a whispered lullaby.Seperate bathroom, with roof top views across the medina, comfortable king size bed there are two rooms on the top floor both are highly recommended , both having access right outside your door to the roof terrace on which breakfast is served, a huge selection of fruit, breads, pastries, pancakes, cakes, yoghurt etc, etc. eaten whilst taking in the views, sounds and scent of Essaoiura. The hotel is right in the medina, next to the old Portuguese wall, the souks are a five minute walk, restaurants, some selling alcohol are on your doorstep, the port and the windswept beach are a ten minute walk, nothing is too far to walk, as the medina has everything you could want. I recommend this hotel to all, would stay there again if I visited Essaoiura once more
Review 117:the restaurant/bar on the roof is a great idea but also in its way removed some freedom from those who may have wished to relax up there without these extras. We were unable to locate the hotel address on google maps or sat nav so had to request the services of a chap at the parking to show us the way.
Review 118:the hotel, the building, roof terraces, views, breakfast on the roof, receptionist, sound of the waves through our open window, the town, the harbour
Review 119:Unfortunately we had a noisy room level 3 above delivery door and chair shuffle noise from rooftop. Shower pressure low, pillow small and lumpy.
Review 120:Staff helpful and location adj Remparts great. Breakfast for everyone.
Review 121:Decor in deluxe room -dated and less attractive than other rooms. Simple cream colour would be better. Electrics on light above dressing table sparked and general buzzing from fuse box could be distracting.Toilet flush runs slightly continuously.
Review 122:Location and the building and courtyard were super. Bath was brilliant, big and lots of hot water. The little birds that came in over night were lovely and should be used as selling point.
Review 123:You're told that you can't check in until 4pm but our room still wasn't ready at 4.30pm- not great after a 3 hour trip from Marrakech with a migraine!
Review 124:Comfortable rooms, spacious bathroom and brilliant breakfast spread. A full manicure and pedicure for £20 was also good value.
Review 125:Had some odor issues in one of our rooms. Breakfast buffet needs more pistachio yogurt! And stronger coffee please!
Review 126:Helpful, friendly staff. Great location. Good price. Terrace with amazing views. Comfortable and nicely appointed rooms.
Review 127:Very warm welcome from the staff and they were incredibly professional throughout the whole stay. This was a bigger riad than others that we'd stayed in, which was nice as felt a bit more private
Review 128:Elevator was broken, many steps to our room at the top. Wifi spotty.
Review 129:View of the ocean from the terrace and our room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very pretty inside, clean room. Location close to restaurants, shopping, beach, ramparts. Not difficult to find.
Review 130:None
Review 131:Perfect location, inside medina, very easy to get to the riad. Room are spacious and clean. Quite at night, we slept very well. We had breakfast at the terrace everyday with unbeatable ocean view and panorama view of the old medina. Riad stuffs are professional and friendly. They greet us with smile all the time and willing to give assistance whenever we needed. The staffs made our stay like home at this riad. Special thank you to Anouar El Gamani, Mohammed El Majdoulaini. You guys are wonderful. Wish to stay at this riad again!
Review 132:Nice courtyard and building. Gorgeous terrace over the sea and the Medina. Good breakfast. Very recommendable.
Review 133:Brilliant location and lovely building. The view of the sea from the terrace was breathtaking.
Review 134:Lovely spaciou room and bathroom; excellent buffet breakfast on the terrace, with terrific views.
