Review 1：-WiFi in the room was so bad it's almost nonexistent -Soundproofing is poor - we were woken up by a baby crying in the adjacent room -No slippers or bathrobe provided -No coffee machine in the room -Noisy airconditioner

Review 3：Great staff, always very kind! The location is really good as well, close to the subway station that easily links you to both the airport and the city center. You can also reach a big shopping center with cinema inside in a couple of minute by feet. I strongly suggest this hotel for a pleasure holiday in this beautiful city.

Review 4：The hotel staff were very polite and friendly and extremely helpfull especially Alliana a trainee receptionist who was exceptional. Our rooms were beautifull and cleaned every day andt the inclusive breakfast was very good with plenty of variety to suit everyone. All in all, a very nice Hotel and great value for money.We would definately stay there again.

Review 18：The beds are not as soft as I'd like but this is typical of Portugese hotels. The gym open hours were also restrictive. The computer in the business centre wasn't working and the staff allowed me to use the back office.

Review 22：This is my second time to stay at this hotel. On both occasions I found the hotel staff to be more than helpful. Any request or query on my part was dealt with promptly, efficiently and with the utmost good humour and helpfulness. I can recommend this hotel for the friendliness of its staff, the value it offers and the delicious breakfast. All and all an excellent hotel.

Review 24：The General Manager was very attentive about concerns we had with the Hotel and he listened and sorted out our problems. So if you have any problems with staff, food etc you can be assured that it will be sorted.

Review 28：We came for our 40th wedding anniversary. Upon our arrival, we found in our room waiting for us, a bottle of chilled champagne, delicious chocolates, chocolate covered cherries, and a bowl of fruit. It was such a thoughtful thing to do and helped celebrate our anniversary from the very start. Our room was very clean and comfortable and I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were the best!

Review 29：All the staff were so caring and extremely nice. It happened to be my birthday whilst I was staying at the hotel and they even prepared a surprise mini cake for me! I will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone I know and I will be staying here again no doubt!

Review 30：staff were very helpful. hotel was a short distance away by metro from main area of lisbon. beds were very hard, woke up each morning with very sore back. also dont stay on first floor to the front of hotel, we were woken each morning to loud noises of deliveries. on a positive note they supplied champagne and cake for my fiances 30th birthday free of charge..

Review 39：The hotel deserves at most 3 stars! Terribly dirty carpets with a strange smell... Not enough toiletries provided, had to use the same tiny soap for 4 days! Only shampoo was available on a daily basis... One evening as we returned from a long tour in the city, we found out that our room was not made. Instead of an apology, we were told that it was our mistake. They claimed that we had put the "do not disturb" sign at the door, which we did not! Then we waited half an hour at the lobby, without being offered even a cup of tea or an information if the room was ready or not... Real Palacio, never ever again!!!
