Review 1：We booked the studio king room. Supposed to be non-smoking room but the room smelled cigarette and liquor. Air-con not very cool. Called the registered to tell about the issues but was asked to hold and transferred to don't know which department and no one answer the call. Not worth of the money.

Review 10：The room was great though it could do with some soft furnishings like throw pillows but apart from that it was really comfortable and the bed was excellent -- had a really good night's sleep The toiletries from Culti is excellent. The minibar facilities which was complimentary with Pagoda mixed nuts thrown it was a great touch, loved it, small gesture but a warm one. Jacintha of front office is wonderful ! We booked two rooms which was interconnecting and the hotel came through for that, thumbs up there Overall a great stay--!

Review 11：We could hear people talk outside the corridors (maybe the door/wall was too thin?). The room did not have any stationery (eg. writing/note pad and pen). Hotel of this nature should have a gym.

Review 12：Room was spacious and tastefully designed. Bathroom was very nice! The supper promotion was value for money. Was quite affordable for hotel standards.

Review 18：Despite the many hiccups we encountered like no a/c ( half a day ) & no water during our stay on 13th Dec, you can see the staff keeping their composure & explaining to the guests the situation although some of them are rude & furious to them The management tried their best by delivering 1 ctn of mineral water to every room for us to wash our face & teeth even to the extent of offering guests to stay at nearby hotel or refunding the room charge. Review 23：we spent a lot of our time in Ipoh, enjoying the comforts of the room, so we like watching tv. Warner tv was the best channel for us because it showed many criminal shows, which was great on the first day in, but, it was very repetitive. Maybe you could add another channel like starworld, or a movie channel.

Review 24：The view from the infinity pool was amazing. The hotel was very well maintained and the rooms are so spacious! I especially loved the fact that the hotel was attached to a really hip mall! barely 5 minutes away from a food and shopping haven. The infinity pool won me over. I would also like to give a shout out to the live music played at the bar on the TOP deck in the evening. We had a great time, just relaxing, and the staff were really efficient and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Review 43：The best thing that happened to me was when I arrived at the hotel. The front office staff, Regina was most helpful with my checking in. She went out of her way to assist me in fulfilling my wish for a king sixe bed instead of twins. If Weil hotel had more staff like her, I am certain, Weil will be the Hotel in Ipoh. It is very encouraging to find we still have people in the industry who make us proud. I definitely will stay only at the weil Hotel when I am in Ipoh

Review 44：The front desk staff are a little slow. The hotel is quite far from the historic centre, you need a taxi there and back.

Review 90：The management should solve the pest control issue currently faced by the hotel before it gets out of hand! Rats and ants are intolerable for a 5 star hotel or any hotel for that matter. The rat incident totally spoiled my trip and was totally embarrassed by it as I recommended this hotel to my in laws and his family.

Review 98：1) The services at Chinese Rest. As I had mention since the food here is not bad, shouldn't have the price so expensive. The portion is very very small thats why people will consider very expensive and here is not KL. The most important things is the services here. 2) Make sure don't hve flies. I have seen flies flying why we are having our buffet bf. Don't use chlorine to mop the floor while customers are eating cos the smell of chlorine will go to the food.

Review 125：Bathroom has only one miserable downlight of approximately 75mm diameter. Shelf in the bathroom not fitted properly, at a sloping angle. Wires dangling in the wardrobe awaiting light fitting. Room was obviously not ready to be let out. We were greeted by 3 trolleys full of dirty bathroom towels along the passage way to and from our room.

Review 128：Some attention to detail would be good - a walk through is needed by senior management to see that in the corridors the wooden panels have saw dust on them, the carpets need a vacuum, in the rooms a check would lead to fixing some issues for our room 942 I reported the bathroom light not finished properly and bed side cabinet door would not open. We had problems with music in our room blaring from the ceiling speaker which we could not control and the TV remote control not working, both issues dealt with promptly. On arrival by car we were told by security to park on 4th floor and that there would be someone there to help with luggage but there wasn't, they should have let the door porter take our bags and then let us park.

Review 129：Attentive staff. Nice modern new hotel will become better when the pool and spa open. Gowns and slippers provided as well a 1 time free mini bar consisting of 7up coke water nuts tea coffee. Location beside shopping centre is great for getting food.
