Review 1：When I first arrived they did not have any informations about my reservation. The hotel is old and gloomy, the elevator is creepy, walls and furnitures are old and falling into pieces. I had a very special price through booking.com, otherwise I cannot imagine how they can secolare 4 stars and charge you 1000 pesos for one night. Stay away.

Review 3：We got a different type of room we booked. When we asked for the right one, the receptionist said that they follow the role: first come, first get. The sheets of the beds in our room where were covered by bloody spots. When we called to reception they promised to change it straight away, but did not. After half an hour of waiting we needed to come downstairs to the front desk to claim the change again. I personally would not recommend it. Oh, and one more thing - do not ask for transport to the airport from the hotel. They will call you taxi from the street and charge you (I believe) more that you would directly negotiate with the driver.

Review 5：This is a very nice hotel in a good location. You can walk safely to many restaurants, the local market and museums. I extended our stay I liked it so much! I would go back. I really liked the hotel and city! Very clean, well lit and pretty!
