Review 1：Staff needed to go a little further, like after calling me a taxi, telling me it had arrived. I asked for a taxi to be arranged to meet me at the airport. Didn't happen. Complimentary welcome drink? No that didn't happen either.

Review 2：Value room, but I did not explore the hotel facilities. Restaurant fair and breakfast was excellent. Staff did speak English and were attentive when given questions.

Review 3：hotel needs refreshment, new carpets, walpapers, tiles... and deeper cleaning in bathrooms (taps), shower is not comfortable - no ajustments possible,

Review 6：A nice location a few miles outside of Szczcin. Very spacious, a large car park and good food. Ideal first stop into Poland.

Review 7：I initially booked a triple room with an extra bed which wasn't catered for when we arrived. We were transferred to a conference room with a very small sofa bed.

Review 9：room was smelling badly of detergents, walls are paper thin I could hear everything from all side, beds are old, wifi with awfully poor signal, breakfast food of poor quality value for money. hotel need serious refurbishing. hotel is perfect for old German people coming in buses, hotel was full of them

Review 12：Personal we're going around and doing nothing... One boy 3-5 min standing around dirty table, looks like trying clean it but the same time just standing near the table. It's lit bit annoying. No one didn't say "Hi" as well. Shower doors was broken, but clean :)

Review 14：We got a room with two single bed not a room with double bed. Problem with noise from road traffic during the night in rooms located on the road side (but it was not much extensive). In my opinion the price for breakfast 25 PLN is a bit to high. Obligatory paid parking place for daily rate 20 PLN but otherwise there are fully monitored (no other free places in the near distance of the hotel)

Review 16：The majority of the staff seemed to dislike their job and the guests. Poor service, no eye contact, no smiles. Except for a few of the staff members, most were rude and seemed annoyed to provide the service they are payed to provide.

Review 20：The walls are really from paper 2mm thickness. Not possible to sleep when somebody next door is snoring. You can hear every step in all floor. You can hear every frop of falling into sink.If you want to sleep - dont choose this hotel. Parking is not free. Far from center.

They were available on my first stay, but not on second time a few days later (maybe because it was day after Christmas)

I mean when you can not sleep because you feel like the neighbor snoring next to you, or you can count how many water drop reach the shower tray (not talking about the next door shower!). They promised english speaking employees. we have spent 3 nights, could not find anyone of them. There are a lot of things you can forgive to a hotel, do not let you sleep well is not one of them. i would not recomend this hotel to anyone trying to rest at night.

Review 52：Hotel building is from communist era so it doesn't bring comfort and privacy along-with it. A couple next to my room was 'busy' in the night and everything was audible.

I came here on my motorcycle fromDenmark on my way to Cracow, and stayed for 2 nights, hotel design isfresh and nice, breakfast is quite good, large breakfast buffet..On day 2 I needed to change a sparkplug on my motorcycle - but I found out I had forgotten my sparkplug change key.. The hotel desk women called a friend of hers, and she gave him my phone number, the guy called me, and I told him my problem - no spark plug key. He then told his friend, the hotel desk girl, to call the hotels service janitor - he came out to me at the parkinglot, and borrowed me a key.. Problem solved. Perfect. All sorts of people use this hotel.. Business men, weddings are being held here, normal tourists from Denmark, Germany, Sweden aso. like to stay here.
