Review 1：no restaurants around, but a nice us-style restaurant within hotel

Review 5：A great number of staff and "on the job training" were present, but nobody seemed to have answers for anything. The balcony of our room had a view of the empty lot used as a garbage dump. Rooms on the opposite side of the hall had beautiful view of the city. A month-long English camp for children was in process. The children were quite noisy all hours of the day and night. I'm not sure they ever slept -- The three restaurants had a good menu, Except for instant coffee, never had the supplies to fill orders from the menu. We quickly learned to ignore the menu and ask what they had available to prepare. My experience at this location did not justify the charges. Based on my experience here, next time, I will not choose Crown Regency.

Review 6：We stayed at room 812 and it was awful. First of all, it was too noisy because our room was facing the road. All night long traffic noise didn't help us sleep well after a late night flight. Secondly, the air conditioner was super old and making horrible noise on top of traffic noise. It didn't really work either. Lastly, the staffs weren't so helpful. We were eating breakfast and there were 5 staffs standing at the omellet station doing nothing. I asked for omellet wit everything but ham but there was ham. They didn't collect dishes on time even though there were about 12 staffs at the restaurant. We trusted the name value but it was disappointing. We shared the cab ride to the pier with another couple and they complained for similar reasons as well. We will never go back.

Review 7：We arrived pass midnight but they waited for airport pick-up service. It was about 10min ride from the airport so it did the job because we only stayed here overnight before we take a ferry to Bohol next day.

Asked repeatedly, but by the time it arrived everyone else had finished eating and he was too tired so we just left it. Booked shuttle to airport at 4.30am Arrived downstairs at 4.25am to find shuttle had already left with another group of passengers who had also booked at 4.30am because they "wanted to leave early". Had to wait for shuttle to return, ended up having to rush for flight. Will not be staying there again!

Review 36：The family en suite living room is old you needed to make it feel cosy for the guest, the dining and bathrooms needed a bit replacement of your accessories like chair covers, showers head, taps, towels and mats for floor etc. bedrooms are ok

The rooms are tired, I returned towels that were no better than dirty rags to the reception and there was no hot water for a shower in the morning. If I had had more time I would have tried to get a refund. Reception was at a loss how to deal with my complaints, just looked at me with a dumb face. Very low standard but full of Koreans on language courses. Not a hotel for international tourists or business travellers.

Ground floor restaurant is good with buffet style breakfast options. I asked for these but nothing provided until I pressed further for some action.

Review 57：Provision of cooking utensils pan saucepan + crockery & cultery in kitchen would have been good as i had requested provision of gas which went unheeded. That would have indicated that we intended to use kitchen facility to cook our own breakfast and evening meals. There was nothing there until I had to request it in a list to reception. It you have kitchens available then it’s likely some guests will want to use them. This was one important reason for choosing Crown Regency Suites for my stay.

Review 59：We booked this hotel as we were flying out in the morning the next day; we were put in a room overlooking a garbage area, everything in this place is stone age and never maintained, the mattress were in fact 2 old ones put on top of each other and so high that we were scared to fall off as the bed, it was less than a queen, king size beds were not available; the breakfast was charged per person at Peso 350, double the price of a main course that we had discovered on the table, when we go for lunch or dinner in Cebu in great restaurant for 2 people you end up paying including drinks not more than 800 Peso, we don't mind paying if you do receive the equivalent for it, however the food available on the buffet was anything else than inviting, juices were out, the coffee was minimum sitting on the hot plate for hours and tasted accordingly bad, no table was clean and set up, the place was a complete mess, the service crew totally overwhelmed with 4 tables active; if this is a franchised US property the Crown Regency people should immediately remove their logo from this property, we will never set our feet into this place again

Review 63：While the rooms were very nice, certain amenities were very old. The swimming pool certainly needs to be given a fresher look. The restaurant upstairs was not very pleasant. Slow service with waiters who were paying more attention to the karaoke. It felt very much like a low class ktv pub than anything else. At the check-in counter, we were standing for 30 minutes just to confirm our booking. Apparently, the reservation did not register in their system. They seemed a bit annoyed that we used booking.com instead of paying the full price. The water in the bathroom only stays warm for 5 minutes before it turns lukewarm.

The pool is clean but a bit cool because shaded from sun most of day, and doesn't provide any size for actual swimming, just playing around. Pool towels are provided. The room had a clean comfy bed. Review 69：I had 2 bus restrooms in 2 bedrooms, but an ant comes across it a lot in one bathtub, and there is also a cockroach in the restroom in a one side, and it's insanitary. I said cockroach discovery to a staff in a hotel. It was ignored.

Review 110：Front desk staff don't even smile when you arrive at the hotel and they aren't very friendly. Buffet breakfast should be included in the room rate (350 pesos). Kitchen was bare with no cooking utensils or cutlery although probably provided on request. Two small cups is inadequate especially for a 4 person room. The floor in the room was filthy it needed a mop! After walking around barefoot my feet were black! We accidentally broke a small cup and there were no napkins, tissues or paper towels in the room so had to use a face towel to clean the tea on the floor and they charged us for the towel and cup. Maybe they should put decent amenities in the room and wouldn't have this problem! If you're staying in Cebu longer than a day then I wouldn't recommend this hotel, only convenient if you need to stay close to the airport.

Review 112：Everything. Front desk staff were rude and tried to overcharge me. Hotel kitchen was being renovated and workmen still hammering at 9:30pm and only stopped when complaint was made. Cockroaches in room and wastebins were not emptied unless asked to do so. Bath and floors were filthy. Korean guests were rude and very noisy using walkie talkies all day at full volume everywhere. I will never stay there again.
