Review 1：The cleanliness, onsen and free ramen - though I'm not a fan of ramen, knowing that the hotel offers it free-of-charge, adds to the overall positive feel about hotel

Review 2：The front desk staff may need to improve their English. And the room is smaller as compared with other hotels in Sapporo.

Review 3：The location is great and is about 10 minutes walk from the train station. Since we check in during new year, the hotel provides New Year food during breakfast.

We didn't use the onzen, but at a peek the ladies' one looked tiny. Don't know if the bigger bath was tucked somewhere else or if it was the men's onzen.

Review 91：The hotel is situated right in a shopping arcade, with mini marts, souvenir shops, restaurants, bars and pubs all around it. Don't have to go far at all for what you may need. Room was spacious and comfortable. Full range of amenities. Free late night ramen was a nice touch, perfect to end a cold day. The free taxy ride to the Sapporo station was very appreciated as the hotel was a bit far from it.
