Review 1：We stayed just 1night. The staff was very nice. The room are very basic but with everything you need (except we found several ants in the room when we entered) the swimming pool and the garden is really nice and well maintain.

Review 2：I like the smaller resort feel. I thought the staff was very friendly . Rooms were nicely decorated, would definitely stay there again. The only thing was some nights dinner was unavailable.:(

Review 4：Everything during our stay was perfect, from the very warm welcome to the final goodbye, we actually extended our stay by a night due to the fcat that everything was awesoem!

Review 5：The meals served for dinner did not quite live up to expectations. The water in the pool didn't look appealing.

Review 6：Friendly staff, nice facilities and the location is nestled in the thick of nature; lots of greenery and plants. The location is situated close to beaches, restaurants and other areas of activities. Breakfast was great :D

Review 7：The menu at the restaurant was limited. The staff has problems with simple things such as find a bottle opener or cork screw. Some guests complained of not having hot water but it was fine in my room.

Review 8：The staff was very helpful and friendly despite the hotel was clearly understaffed. the place was safe and quiet.

Review 9：There is restaurant on site, but the food preparation took over 1.5 hours the first time and over an hour the second time. The food quality is average. The rooms had spider webs behind the tv and ants, but that's what you get for a simple hotel like that. Also, they don't provide shampoo to wash your hair.

Review 10：Hotel is not in walking distance to the beach, but the shuttle was available to drop us off to the beach, which was great. On the way back, the shuttle driver also was nice to stop by a store for us.

Review 11：Arrived late for check in because of the the long travel from Kgn to negril and had to wait on the room because it was being clean. Door couldn't close at times because of the lock being stuck.

Review 12：Front desk lady Melissa was very polite assisted with everything made my stay comfortable for the 6days. Dealt with any issues quickly. Andre the guy who assist housekeeping and the chef was very friendly and we loved him. Housekeeping was good we called them every other day because we didn't need the service everyday.

Review 28：We did not have warm/hot water to shower with. The water pressure was ok it was just cold. We complained and were told that they would look into it, but the next day it was just as cold.
