Review 1：Breakfast room tablecloths were dirty, on checkout the desk person had to be awakened (I had heard him snoring from the breakfast room), he appeared unkempt, disheveled, unbuttoned. One very unprofessional employee out of three.

Review 18：This property retains all the trappings of a grand hotel. Located in the historic city center it is ideal for foot touring, or beginning your discovery of the numerous nearby Francescan sites. The best breakfast 'spread' yet on this year's tour.
