Review 1：Parking is very limited and 500yen per night. We left in the afternoon and when we came back about 9pm there was only 1 spot left in the far corner of the lot. We also had to request another ticket for the car park so we didn't have to pay again the next morning.
Review 2：We stayed overnight so we could visit Florante Illumination. We enjoyed the hotel and the Illumination. The windows could be opened and the aircon could be set to cold. We went in December/winter and most Japanese hotels set the aircon too hot for our liking so it was nice to be able to open the windows and have the aircon set to 21C. We also took the opportunity to use the coin laundry.
Review 3：Can't fault it, really! Maybe the room slightly smaller than expected, but it was really no problem and the view from the top was great!

Review 7：Firstly, my appologies in giving a late review, I was unable to secure internet to respond. Staff were ever helpful. They even minded our luggage for us after we had booked out whilst we toured the beautiful sights of Miyazaki for the day. When I pre booked via the internet, there was only smoking rooms available and I requested that if there was an available non smoking room in the mean time, could we possibly have that. We were given a non smoking room PLUS, they never charged us the extra for that convenience. Amazing hotel, everything just so spot on. We would certainly stay there again if we have the opportunity to re-visit and I can highly recommend this accommodation. Right by the station as well which is valuable.

Review 9：Foods at restaurant were great ! We enjoyed local chicken dishes for dinner, in addition to buffet breakfast. We stayed at Deluxe Double room, which was spacious and comfort. Upon check in, staff gave us some special amenities both men/ women. The hair oil for female was very helpful as I attended wedding ceremony next day.

Review 13：The staff spoke English. They were very warm, friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was very luxurious, extremely clean, and it's a fantastic location. I definitely want to stay here again!
Review 14：We were initially pleasantly surprised that the hotel provided us a free drink voucher at a cafe downstairs. However, this turn out to be an insulting experience when we thought we could relax at the cafe with the free drink. When we approach the cafe, we were not allowed into the restaurant but was told to wait at one corner. The waitress later emerged with our drinks to be taken out of the cafe. Our family find this experience totally humiliating as though we are there to beg a cup of tea.Had we known this , we would not have accepted the voucher.
