Review 1：Noise from building work in the same apartment block was annoying and went on until 8.30pm. There was no warning about building work which was bad.

Review 7：We enjoyed our very clean & comfortable accomodation. And we thoroughly enjoyed the pool & spa areas in particular. Everything was very well maintained. And the kids play area was great too!Excellent value for money.
Review 8：We didn't like the fact that the pictures online were misleading as far as space is concerned. For a family of 5 with 3 teenagers, we didn't have any room to move. The fittings and pictures in the rooms were very dusty and dated. We also had noisy neighbours who partied until the early hours of the night.

Review 10：The pool was closed/ out of order. Having a pool was the main reason we chose this motel. The room smelt of smoke and the balcony was dirty a covered in cigaret ends, this was a non smoking room. We asked for the balcony to be cleaned at 15:30 it was not done until 19:00 so we without pool or balcony The wash basin in the bathroom did not drain away properly. Directly outside our room was a dirty dumped fridge and a large open smelly rubbish bin. This was going to be a nice relaxed end to our stay in Australia after a long days drive. This it certainly was not.

Review 13：there was no internet, we had to put out our own rubbish and there were no bins on site. They did not clean our room and there were far too many beds for the two of us and the place was cluttered with them. The room was very dark and overlooked by neighbours on both sides. The A/C unit was too noise which was in the living room and no A/C in the bedroom or any fan. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was an overkill for a small and dark bathroom. The tv did not work properly and linen was smelly. Overall a very bad experience. Never again!!!!

Review 15：Stayed there for 6 nights and our unit was not cleaned in that time. Our linen and towels were not replaced. There were cockroches in the kitchen area

Review 17：The booking was incorrect and the staff was not helpful in in assisting to correct the mistake. Another minor incident occurred during the stay when a towel was taken from the pool area. Staff were not available to report to, only an emergency telephone number who wasn't interested. No hair dryer in unit. No staff to ask.
Review 18：we had the power go out which coulddnt be repaired we moved to another unit after we had unpacked which was very difiicult with a 2 and 5 year old. The pool needs to be heated even with a 30 degree day it was too cold t swim.

Review 38：Beds were uncomfortable, lumpy and hard. Noisy neighbours who lived there. Caretaker was rude and woke us all early when using a blower to clean pathways around our villa early in the morning. When I said we were all sill asleep he replied "Well I'm not". Couch had no springs in some sections and we nearlly went through it. Trampoline had a big hole in the middle of it and dangerous for children.
Review 39：Location was great, walking distance to beach and short drive to town centre On arrival the man at reception was friendly and helpful and did his best to try and accommodate us wen we weren't happy with our villa. It did not look like what we saw in the photos online.
Review 40：I was a mom with a new born and a two year old. It is called family accommodation but the accommodation was not kid friendly at all. From the moment I stepped into the house I was on edge with my two year old. There was no way to turn the oven off, he spent most of his time at it turning on all the nobs. The bed upstairs was right up against the balustrade and he jumped straight on the bed and climbed the balustrade to look at us down stairs. I got the fright of my life and ran straight up and got him before he fell over. When locking the front door with the key I thought it would be safe but then saw that my child could just turn the latch and it unlocked it and we were on the second floor. I spent more time worrying about my child's safety than enjoying our holiday.

Review 51：We stayed in villa 13- apparently all villas are owned by different people so other visitors may have a different experience. The furniture is not only tired but grotty and torn. We discovered that the hot water didn't work and the owner came to have a look. He couldn't fix it and suggested that we boil the kettle. Not sure how this was going to help as there is a shower but no bath! Owner claimed no plumbers were available. Lucky the sheets were clean but the pillows were lumpy and filthy. The place also had a funny smell about it. Would definitely not stay again.

Review 57：There were sign posts everywhere advising strictly 1 car per villa, yet somehow the car park was full and we had to park on the street unsecurely and carry out small sleeping children all the way to the villa. There were FLEAS in the carpet and we all got bitten.

Review 59：Unlike other reviews, we had a pretty good time. We were a couple and two teenage boys. Best for us was the location 5 min walk to beach and 10 to 15 into town. We checked in around 8pm and was welcomed by a lovely lady at reception. We had room 57 which was upstairs and was two storey : a queen bed downstairs and in the loft a double, single and set of bunks. The loft has a wooden floor so upstairs movements wake the downstairs people easily and the loft has no side wall so upstairs us disturbed by TV or sunrise etc. But they are things easily managed. And a concrete floor separated us from those below and we didn't hear them at all. Our room was pretty clean (we just prewashed the dishes we wanted to use) and the bathroom clean albeit the fixtures are a bit old and cupboards could use some reno work. The kitchen table was sticky and needed resurfacing. Parking was close to our unit and we enjoyed the pool daily. We didn't use the tennis court or trampoline or spa. Overall, it suited our needs well and the gardens made it a relaxing environment. We'd come back again, mainly for the location. Stayed March 2015, travelled with family
Review 60：Not being able to play tennis as all the equiptment was hired out. The villa could use a paint job and some nice decor eg paintings on the walls and flower vases.

Review 72：fridge broken foot propped up with wooden blocks , main bed was way to soft you sat on it and went to the floor no firmness in it resulting in no sleep and very sore back in morning .the floor was more comfortable . bunk bed had loose screws in it unsafe we put the mattress on the floor as we did not trust the top bunk for my daughter to sleep on.

Review 74：Nothing like the ad on internet. Very old, not clean, moldy bathroom, had to ask for towels only 2 provided for 5 people. No change of towels or sheets until asked 3 days later. Very uncomfortable beds had to go by a blow up mattress. Won't be staying there ever again and everyone I spoke to felt the same. Definitely not worth the money spent.
Review 75：Not only was the room perfect for me, my husband and our two kids who are 3 and 6 but the facilities were amazing. The head grounds keeper Kevin and his beautiful wife do such an AMAZING place to keep the pool super clean, the grass all cut perfectly and maintain the resort beautifully. Tania at reception was warm and really welcoming and it felt great the minute we checked in! We will absolutely be back next year. Thanks guys.

Before we were leaving we wanted to swim in the pool again. The maintenance guy said he had to clean the duck poop out of the pool. Yuck.

Review 100：This place is beautiful! It has a nice pool, a spa, trampolines, the pool area has sun loungers and it has tennis courts! Its large, the units are neat, tidy, and a can sleep a family of 6 or more easily. The bathroom was clean and the kitchen appliances were really good quality.

Review 103：Low quality villa. Family of 4 supplied with 2 towels 1 soap 1 shampoo/conditioner tiny tube. Dust & grit on table. Clock buttons not working. Hair dryer broken. Rug filthy. Floors gritty. Above villa arrived home 3am loud voices scraping chairs and rolling something that sounded like a bottle across the floor several times. Quiet 430am. We were up @515am competing in ironman. Had to take out bins to dumpsters or b charged $10. Windows did not seem to click closed properly. Toaster cooked one side at a time???? Facilities compared well with 3star caravan parks we have stayed at. Would not stay again.

Review 105：No communication facilities. For the people who are from other country, it will be difficult with no communication like telephone or internet in villa's. In India we have telephone as well as free internet in "C" Grade hotels. It was shocking experience to see a place without internet or communication in Villas. Next is pricing. Pricing is extremely high compared to facilities.

Review 107：The service was disgusting! I paid for a spa suite, on the booking form it said it was a spa suite, at the front of the resort it has a large neon sign stating "spa suites"! I was told at reception that the resort doesn't have spa suites? It was a very expensive room for no spa in the room! The receptionist was never available, the phone numbers all rang out, and no facility to leave a message! We had no flannel or hand towel and I literally had to beg for an extra towel. I also had only a sample shampoo, no conditioner, I know thats incidental, but when i approached staff, was rudely told that the room is supplied with only what is needed and that I interupted her rest time! There was no sugar to make a cuppa and in the morning when I tried to get reception, no one was there, again! Was very disappointed and will never stay here again!

Review 109：Been kept awake by young parties swearing arguing drunken behaviour . We paid 536 for 2 nights 2adults 3children they only paid for 2 adults but 11 were there . So unfair for young families
Review 110：For the price that was paid for the room I was dissapointed in the cleanliness of the room. For example old bars of soap left in the shower, dirty glasses and cutlery just to name a few. We also only had 3 towels for 5 people.

Review 114：We were handed a key and shown a map where to go. The kitchen and bathroom looked like they hadn't had a good clean in the last 10 years. The towels were thin. There was no tea towel. We were given the TV remotes separately after checking in and they didn't work at all. All we could do was turn the TV on at the set, so we could only watch ABC and couldn't even turn up the volume. Reception closed before we knew this and was closed when we checked out. For the price VERY poor value. If there was a pool or hot tub, as advertised, no one told us where and it wasn't obvious. The gardens were overgrown - couldn't walk down the very thin paths without running into the bushes. Whole place very run down in my opinion. Maybe for family budget accommodation it might have been acceptable.
Review 115：When we arrived, the manager seemed more interested in getting his coffee from the coffee van than checking us in. We were told that the cleaning staff had freshened up our room and towels had been put in. On entering the room it was quite evident that it hadn't been cleaned at all. The sink, benches, television and floors were dirty. There were cob webs on the outdoor setting that had obviously been there for quite some time. Our room was very run down and very disappointing.There weren't any towels in the room. I asked for some at reception but they only had three and there were four of us. We were told they would bring the other towel to our room but it never turned up.
Review 116：Mandurah Family Resort is in a good location with walking distance to the beach, a variety of restaurants, IGA supermarket and the Silver Sands hotel. The pool area is spacious and also has two in-ground trampolines.
Review 117：The couches were very grubby, and saggy, the kitchen blind did not pull down, the sink holes were very very dirty, need some bleach down them. Found rubbish in one drawer in bedroom.
