Review 1：We had arranged pickup service from bus stop but the hotel and forgotten. Luckily, there was wifi at bus stop and we were able to email them. But they arrived when we were halfway walking to hotel

Review 3：Food just taste so-so. Just one-way free shuttle from hotel to bus stop. If you take a heavy luggage to hotel from bus stop, probably you will die from walking (esp. after walk full-day @ tateyama).
