Review 1：We selected one big bed instead of this we have got two separated beds, in the room was smell as if somebody smoked there, but there are everywhere messages that smoking is forbidden inside the hotel. Poor internet connection.

Review 19：During the last night of my stay I was awakened by staff knocking on my door at 00:15 (which I ignored) but answered the phone when they rang. They said that other guests had heard noises from my room, probably my snoring. If the walls are paper-thin, then it is hardly surprising that other guests will hear noises from adjacent rooms. I heard the flushing of the toilet in the room next to me (107). The Hotel will Need to reinforce the intervening walls. This is sufficient to make me NOT stay again at the Hotel.

Review 20：The smell in the room was unbearable. I think, it was smell of cigarettes however I wonder how is it possible if you cannot smoke in the room.... Anyway, it was tough for my stomach and I had headache in the morning. It was quite cold in the room (radiators blocked on 3).

Review 26：The staff insisted there is no lift in the building (which has three floors - two of which reachable by staircase only). I cannot imagine any cleaner would put up with it, but yet they would not let me use it (in case there was one) in 7th month of pregnancy with two small kids and luggage. Watch out for your floor in case you are not 100% fit to run up and down the floors.

Nice room/toilet but at the end of the hallway where the wifi was poor for most of the time. Good breakfast with many different items, scrambled egg, sausages, various cheeses, jam, honey, various meat and much more. But otherwise quiet.

Review 97：we have been installed in a room in which the carpet was recently renewed. Already when we moved into the room we noticed a sharp chemical smell which resulted in a heavy headache over night. Complaining with the hotel management, we learned that it was the glue of the carpet that caused the odor. We insisted to change the room. So for the second night there is nothing to complain. But we are more than flabbergasted that we were rented the first room though the management was aware of the serious problem for the health. Never a room in these conditions should have been rented. Review 98：Initially, we couldn't get into the gated parking because the receptionist was asleep at her desk. When confronted, she became quite belligerent. Chose NOT to speak English. Fortunately, the replacement receptionists were much more cordial.

Review 99：Almost everything!!! Most of the Staff were SUPER! The restaurant was excellent - food, atmosphere, staff. Centrally located in downtown, near shopping and attractions. The gated parking made us feel secure. Other guests, from Warsaw, spoke perfect English, and were a valuable asset to us.

Booking online with payment automatically pulls credit cards makes it difficult to complaints. Unsatisfactory clean-scratched walls and stained chair in the room. Bad condition of bathroom fittings - the handle when you try to unscrew the tap water left in my hand. The hotel facilities like the PRL, Radio Wanda, perhaps remembering the 80's and kitsch ornament on the desk. Intercom panel to the front desk should be located on the other side of the sidewalk, not on the wall, so that hotel guests do not have to get out of the car,the barrier blocking entrance to the parking lot is deserted. Especially annoying when it rains. No lift!Walls so thin you can hear snoring in the next room and talk! Broken blinds, which prevent the entire covering the windows!Overall, I would recommend this hotel to steer clear a wide berth. Mimo, że do rezerwacji dołączyłem wyraźną prośbę, o jaki rodzaj pokoju mi chodzi, otrzymałem inny, przy czym nikt mnie nie raczył poinformować, że dojdzie do takiej sytuacji. Rezerwacja on-line wraz z platnosciá sciáganá automatycznie z karty platniczej utrudnia reklamacje. Niezadowalająca czystość-porysowane sciany i poplamione krzeslo w pokoju. Stan techniczny armatury lazienkowej pozostawia wiele do zyczenia - ráczka kranu przy próbie odkrécenia wody zostala mi w dloni. Wyposazenie hotelu jak z PRL-u,radio Wanda,pamietajáce chyba lata 80-te i kiczowata ozdoba na biurku. Het is aan te bevelen om de prijzen voor huisdieren op de website van Booking.com of hotel te vermelden.
