Review 1：Even though the room was designated as non-smoking, the tobacco smell was there. It may be coming from the exhaust fan of the bath room.

Review 3：Did request a quiet room but was given a room next to vendor machines, noisy as expected. Staff spoke little English and could just say sorry and fully booked. We booked our room quite some time ago and obviously our request had been ignored.

Review 37：I called for one more blanket, as I was cold. I was flat-out refused. They guy just said, and I quote: "One room, one sheet." There were, apparently, no more blankets in the hotel. On my second night, I went down to reception earlier to request another blanket. It took them over an hour to come up with one. I think I was the first person to ever, ever stay at this hotel and request another blanket. They were stumped.

Review 39：The hotel is budget, but they are service oriented -- very nice. The breakfast was much better than expected; one morning they had tenpura tara no me (wild vegetable). I didn't even find the curry and rice until my final day (three nights total). The little fridge in the room was useful and the place was kept clean. Bathroom is small but fine for its purpose.

Review 50：The tel no on Booking.com is wrong. We went to another hotel to get the correct tel no. Then the GPS could not recognize the tel no and we finally asked another hotel to draw us a map. We spent nearly an hour in order to find the AreaOne Hotel! I suspect that that hotel is so small and not popular that even the GPS does not know it. The toilet is also extremely small.
