Review 1：Modern, clean, nicely decorated, comfortable. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast included. Good working air-conditioning as its really needed in Tuxtla.
Review 2：They do not serve breakfast and in the area there are no bars / cafes. They pretend to offer shuttle to the airport (key factor of our choise) but in the end they just call a taxi with fixed rate.

Review 4：No restaurant nearby, even though they had a menu at the room. Staff would sometimes not give proper directions to surrounding restaurants, or the restaurants were closed. They gave us a room on the third floor and the hotel does not have an elevator.
Review 5：Very nice, clean room, with A/C, TV, cable and nice bathroom. Building has very nice decorations and stair ways. Front desk was helpful for the majority of questions. The hotel is located a few blocks from the Cathedral and other main attractions.

Review 12：Great location - we liked Jardin de la Marimba better than the main central plaza area for the food options and the dancing at night. This hotel is a quick walk to both. Staff were really nice, sweet & helpful. Room was ready when we arrived early & midday checkout was nice. Tuxtla Guttierrez is a real Mexican town, not very touristy, and on the surface it looks like it doesn't have much going for it but we actually ended up liking it for the more 'real' experiences we had there. The zoo is good, as is the Canon Sumidero.

Review 14：At first you think you are going to stay in a downtown slum, but the room was great! Looked awesome and we slept great. The Staff were excellent and they had security at night to watch over your car. I actually ended up loving the location and walking the city streets. You are only a few blocks from the city plaza and some great ice cream. I'd for sure stay here again. Just be sure you are clear if you have booked a Hostal room, or Hotel room--there is a difference. We had a hotel room that had a nice flat screen and great A/C.
