Review 1：The route to get there. It was very difficult to get close to the entrance. The free parking was blocks away, so we had to pay for underground parking. So/so breakfast

Review 5：Free car parking is about 300m away at railway station and not particularly safe. Aircon kept failing. We are very used to Italian hotels but the Breakfast was not 4* more like 2*.
Review 6：Location of the hotel could not be better very near to Railway and easy access by car. Price was excellent. Rieti is a lovely town not spoilt by tourists. There is an excellent huge underground carpark that is reasonably secure 25m away but it is not free about Euro 10 per night.

Review 8：We stayed in this hotel as a group to compete in the European Enduro Championship, it was in a good location. Staff were all friendly although there was a small language barrier with some staff they tried their upmost to help.
Review 9：1st room I got wasn't cleaned after previous guest, 2nd was a double room from where I was kicked out next morning because I was a single guest. So during my 3-days visit I stayed in 3 different rooms.

Review 32：The Hotel is beautiful... The building, the rooms are spacious andfriendly. The staff are really helpful and so friendly. They really madethe stay so enjoyable. They gave great service and went out of their wayto help and tell us about Rieti. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel isclose to the main piazza at the centre of the town, and to goodrestaurants. The price for the room was reasonable and I would heartilyrecommend the hotel to other visitors to Rieti.
Review 34：Hotel situato al centro di ieti, in zona a traffico limitato ma è possibile acquistare alla reception pass per la circolazione ed il parcheggio. La nostra camera era molto confortevole, dotata di un ampio terrazzino panoramico e di un bagno grande e pulitissimo Lo staff si è mostrato disponibile e gentilissimo. Ritorneremo sicuramente.
