Review 8:Very serene location in the hilly countryside about 5 minute walk from Belgium. A true Walhalla for hikers and bikers. The hotel is comfortable with a good restaurant and an excellent breakfast buffet. The room was small with basic amenities, but clean with good wifi and a balcony with a rural view. Free parking on site.

Review 9:The staff was very personable, the breakfast fantastic (5 gold stars), and the restaurant was also superb. We went for dinner one night, and it was such a pleasant experience - romantic ambiance, excellent cuisine, and attentive wait staff. What more could you ask for?

Review 32:our room is left uncleand(wet towels). wooden floors....you can ear tests from upsters talking/using wc etc.

Review 33:friendly staf

Review 34:I had to wait nearly two hours for my main course to arrive. Quite frustrating as it was the only dish I was having. The owner was very good though as he did not charge me for the meal and when it arrived it was delicious.

Review 35:The location is idyllic and the staff were very friendly.

Review 36:Nothing negative

Review 37:Friendly, family-like treatment. Breakfast was outstanding. The restaurant was really first class, good value for money. We will definitely stay again

Review 38:For a goumet restaurant/hotel the menu choice was not very broad andthe entree prices were ridiculous. As much or more than the maincourses. The price of spirits was way too expensive. We paid 70 eurosfor 8 single shots of vodka (or two rounds of doubles for two people). The vodka was store bought Stoli and we could have bought 3.5 litres ofit for that price. Now that's ripping off your guests. We didn'tcheck the price because earlier we had bought some beers and they werevery reasonable, so it's our fault for not checking but enough forus to not go back again.

Review 39:Could hear people upstairs but as they were the only noisy people in hotel we were just unlucky. Only one night so second night was great .
