Apartments David is part of a 16th century palace, one of 17 historical palaces located within the UNESCO-protected area of Perast. Just 50 feet from the sea and 650 feet from the beach, it features air-conditioned accommodation with satellite/cable TV and free Wi-Fi.
Offering direct views of the sea, the apartments also have a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. All the bathrooms are heated for year-round use. You can relax in the large private yard with sun beds and seating furniture.

Review 2：A gem of a town and a must for 3 or 4 days to unwind on a busy holiday involving many tours. Only 120 residents very few tourists before 10am and after 4pm.
Review 3：Best experience during our visit to Croatia/Montenegro, the apartments - excellent, clean, amazingly equipped. Would definitely recommend, in an amazing scenic location.

Review 7：The owners were incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. The flat was extremely clean, well-equipped (and well-conceived!). The view from the window is enchanting, and we basically felt so well that we extended our stay to enjoy Perast a bit longer!

Review 9：Beautiful place. Spotless and well appointed appartment. Could not fault it in any way. David's mother even did our laundry for us. This self-catering accommodation is a cut above the rest.

Review 18：Well equipped and very clean apartment in a beautiful house! The patio offered the children space to play and us adults to have a drink/ talk and enjoy the view. This is a family- run place, owners are friendly and very attentive to their guests. We appreciated a lot to get our clothes washed after several long and warm days of traveling:) Perast is truly a little gem on the otherwise rather rough Montenegrin coast- great food, beautiful surroundings, friendly people and good bath for both kids and adults.
Review 19：The view from the apartment is breath-taking. It is in an excellent location and well equipped. David and his family were so welcoming and helpful. Reasonable selection of water-side restaurants just outside the apartment.
Review 20：Predrag and his wife were extremely kind and warm. The apartment had everything we needed and we even stayed an extra night because we were so comfortable there. There is a terrace with beautiful views, restaurants just outside the door, and easy access to Kotor. We skipped the crowds of Kotor and chose to stay in Perast and I would recommend that every time. Predrag helped us arrange a tour to Lovcen and let us use the bikes as well which was useful to visit the ATM machine.

Review 22：Best bed I slept in in years, super cute stone appartment below the roof, spotless, tasty furniture, amaaaaazing view on the entrance of the fjord, private terrace for all the appartments where my girlfriend could practice her morning yoga. But most of all, super friendly owner who let us use bikes around and plenty of other little attentions. Was hard to leave :)
Review 23：1. Location/view are the best in town.2. Spotlessly clean. And I mean “spotless”. It’s probably one of the tidiest apartments in the whole Montenegro. 3. Comfort level. Out of 4 different places we stayed during this trip, this was the ONLY one that provides both orthopedic mattresses AND pillows. We slept like babies. Place is very quiet. Great kitchen with EVERYTHIG and more, big nice bathroom with washing machine, umbrellas for guests use, bath robs, variety of shampoo, which “magically” appeared before I even realized that I’m short on mine… Add here autonomic electricity generator in the room, special blinds for those who likes to sleep in complete darkness, solar batteries in the immaculately clean courtyard, and you will understand that these hosts are highly professional and know exactly what they are doing. 4. Communication/hospitality. Even though I’ve never met David in person, our communication was right to the point from the beginning. He was responding to every questions, paying attention to every detail, including recommending a place where I could buy a kefir for my 80 yo mother! On site, Predrag and Milena were very personable and attentive to all our needs so we felt as at home. They not only gifted us with wine and rakia, but also provided the packing material to ensure their safe transportation. Thank you very much for everything!

Review 25：The hosts, Predrag and his wife, are the most lovely couple -- they are helpful, kind, and very generous. The two bedroom apartment is amazing! It has the best view in Perast from its balcony. The kitchen is fully furnished. The apartment is spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable with memory foam mattresses.

Review 27：We stayed in the studio apartment with our 2 small children and it was perfect. Beds were like heaven. The owners even did a load of laundry for us. Kitchen was the best stocked we have had yet (and we travel A LOT). Had plastic ware for leftovers and spices for cooking. Parking was easy and location was great.
Review 28：Perast is a charming quiet village on the water just a few minutes drive from busy Kotor. Apartments David was perfect for us. Predrag Gajic and his wife were wonderful hosts. Predrag emailed us immediately after we booked through Booking.com with directions and other helpful information.

Review 30：A small improvement would be to Get a hook in the bathroom for the shower head. Also some better signs to the find the flat would help, although the hosts instructions were very clear and helpful.

A well-equipped apartment in a beautifully restored 16th century former Venetian Palace in an idyllic situation in the peaceful, historic grad of Perast with views over the Bay of Kotor. Predrag and Milena provide a warm welcome and generous hospitality, always attentive to your needs and constantly offering gifts of oranges, home-made bread and rakija. It is so hard to leave, because you genuinely feel that you have become one of their family. Highly recommended.

There are the magnificent hardware, a stylish interior, convenient beds and purity admires in apartments . The yard which is perfectly designed by the owner Predrag allows to relax in warm summer nights and to inhale wonderful aroma of the sea and an orange tree. We are delighted with tactfulness of owners of hotel, their readiness always to help, and magnificent sense of humour. My six-year-old son considers owners of hotel as the close relatives, and it seems to me the child's assessment costs much. Review 35：The owners were so friendly and catered to our every need. It was pouring rain when we arrived but Predrag braved the weather to meet and show us to our apartment. The units having everything you need - including a washing machine. The kitchen is fully decked out with every tool you require - it felt like cooking back home. Predrag and his wife provided us with wine, fruit and freshly baked blueberry cake during our stay which was much appreciated! The weather was average during our stay but we were still able to enjoy ourselves thanks to these apartments.
Review 36：The apartment was immaculate and well equipped. The location and view were fantastic. The hosts, Milena and Predrag could not have been more accommodating. Perast is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. If we return we will definitely stay here!
Review 37：The only thing I can think of is the shower - you can't hang the shower head on the wall. Probably you're meant to use it as a bathtub. But the place was so perfect this was just a minor detail for us.
Review 38：An extremely nice couple are managing the place. They help you in everything you need. The place is extremely clean, you can find everything you need in the kitchen and in the bathroom. On one day it rained badly whole day so we couldn't lay foot outside the apartment. But we didn't feel bored because it was comfortable like home. It's a huge apartment with incredible views over the Islets. The beach is just 2 min walk. It's in the center of Perast.

Review 44：We are really surprised by the beautiful and peaceful accommodation that we had in the family managed apartment 'David' in Perast. We had fully home atmosphere. A clean and nice rooms, on the seacoast in the center of the smal medieval town Perast with the view on the most beautiful part of the Bay of Kotor and two famous isles. So simple and plesent atmosphere was supported by the beautiful renewed Aprtments David building in the medieval style (formar old Place from 17th century) with inner modern design and with plenty of shower wather. Nature and the environment of this beautiful town, high standard apartmnes and warm hosts made this vacation exceptional from our other Montenegro coast’s experiance. Review 45：The only minor two negatives was the smell of smoke in the hallway upstairs, but not in the apartment itself and the double bed was two singles put together and therefore you fell in the middle. Otherwise a great place to stay.
Review 46：Great place. We stayed for 5 nights in the attic apartment. Location fantastic, extremely clean and tidy. Lots of help from owner. All of our washing was completed by the owners which was a great help (free of charge).

Review 77：Нам все понравилось. Апартаменты находятся в палате у самого моря с великолепным видом. Перед входом находится апельсиновое дерево, под которым мы нередко сидели и пили кофе с хозяевами. Сами апартаменты оформлены очень современно, но со вкусом. Внутри все возможные удобства. Мы были в апартаментах в декабре и очень порадовало что апартаменты целиком обогреваются. Было очень уютно, несмотря на довольно прохладную погоду. Провели мы здесь всего один день, но впечатления остались самые положительные и нам бы очень хотелось вернуться и именно в этот дом.

Review 82：Liked 100% everything! Owners are very friendly, helpful and very kind people. The villa is having great spacious and cozy terrace with sea view. Rooms are super clean and nicely decorated, comfortable, furniture is new. For such price, the best villa in the town. Location is also great, half minute walk from main beach walk and restaurants; 2 minute walk to the nearest beach. We had wedding in Perast and allocated relatives and friends in villa David, everybody so liked the apartments. In case the stay is for 7 days, owner is offering free transfer to/from Tivat airport.

You can alsocompletely hide the external daylight with black opaque curtains. WiFiis free and fast. The couple owning the house is very kind and always atyour service. I highly recommend this place. Call them when you arrivein the village, they will come to meet you.

The city of Perast is wonderful and peaceful (at least in the days of August). We regret not to have stayed longer (we would easily have exchanged one day in Sveti Stefan for one more day in Perast).

David and his mum are both very friendly and hospitable (David also provides transportation services ie picking up/driving his guests from/to airport or another town). From our attic apartment we have views of both of the magical islands and the gorgeous bay/lake - a postcard perfect picture that we just cant get bored of looking at. Perast is simply stunning, truly a slice of heaven (still not yet taken over by mass tourist at the time that we were there in late June)

Review 90：My girlfriend and I are delighted with the warm welcome we received. The hosts are kind-hearted people always ready to assist with anything you might possibly need. We genuinely enjoyed our cosy and highly functional attic apartment, the highlight of which is the completely and thoughtfully equipped kitchen that would meet the requirements of a restaurant chef. All the rooms, beautiful interior stone staircase and the garden in front of the house are maintained with pristine hygiene and care. The terrace garden overlooking the sea is a real zen place bathing in the scent of the blooming orange tree, where you can drink your coffee, eat breakfast or just enjoy life. The Gajic family did their magic and made us feel at home at every moment we spent with them. We wholeheartedly recommend Gajic Apartments to all the visitors of Perast who appreciate a friendly and harmonious environment.
Review 91：Room was very comfortable. Only thing about the attic room is that the ceilings are low (and we knew that when booking) but once you know that and remember to watch your head it's all good.
