Review 1：Staff really struggled with English. I think it's fair that it would not be excellent English but I think a minimal level of common hotel phrases was not there.
Review 2：Location: Absolute convenience. Beside train station and bus interchange. Close to a supermarket, car rental, and eateries (on top of the usual convenience stores). Room: Clean, modern, and well furnished. It's small of course, which is to be expected, especially for the price paid - but not uncomfortably so. Wifi- which I had previously read in earlier posts, was not a problem - they have good wifi when I visited in Dec 2015. Housekeeping, which we sometimes take for granted, was pretty well done. costs: I thought the price was really reasonable. I paid 6,600 yen for a double room. I would have expected to pay more.

Review 5：Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms were genuinely smoke-free and very comfortable. Wi-Fi access was excellent. Everything about this hotel was excellent.
Review 6：The hotel comes with big, bright and clean rooms, comfy beds. The staff is friendly and very attentive (they switched on the airco as they discovered that in our dropped off bag was some chocolate...) :-) The location right near the Miyazaki train station make this hotel a very good choice
Review 7：This hotel surprised me by still using a bed sheet beneath the duvet. Although everything was white, I wasn't quite sure if the duvet has been washed. Isn't it better just to use a duvet cover (minus the sheet) as it is done usually around Japan?
Review 8：Great location, right on top of the JR station. Great coffee shop (sakura coffee) right outside the hotel lift. Note that hotel check in is on the 8/F and parking is on the multi-level parkade across the street. The hotel will give you a pass to go in and out of the parkade during the day.

Review 26：The breakfast buffet did not have very much western food on it. Probably great if you like a Japanese breakfast, but not so much if you don't.
Review 27：The room was very spacious and the location was great for exploring Miyazaki. The staff was very friendly as well. Sakura, the coffee shop on the first floor gives discounts for guests of the hotel.
