Review 1：Very nice tub in the room, but you can not have a regular shower without getting the whole floor wet.
Review 2：- helpfull staff, speak very well english - location and view from the room is amazing - because we had to leave early they prepared us a breakfast to take with us, which was very sweet of them!

Review 5：Located in Perast, which is away from the tourist traffic jams of Kotor. Only a 20minutes drive to Kotor. The staff was very friendly, had our room ready upon arrival. Nice, spacious room overlooking the bay. Breakfast was very filling, with a beautiful view of the bay.

Review 8：In Palace Jelena, you get the best of both worlds: a restored palazzo in the heart of Perast, but with modern comfort and style. Perast is a beautiful place to stay, peaceful in the evenings because cars are parked outside the town and no traffic goes through, but within easy reach of Kotor by car or bus.

Review 13：We spent two nights in room 3 and two nights in room 2. Room 2 is very nice, room 3 is really excellent. The bed in room 2 needs a new matras. You shift towards the middle of the bed. Very romantic, but it spils a good night sleep.
Review 14：I should write a bad review to avoid that everybody discovers this hotel and it will be booked if we want to come again... But to be honest: this is the perfect place for a wonderfull week at the bay of Kotor. Beautifull building, beautifull rooms, very friendly staff, perfect view over the bay, á la carte breakfast included, quiet and cosy. Good restaurant.
Review 15：This is a small family business with 4-5 rooms and a restaurant with a pretty broad menu. The owner/ manager Marko is fabulous and full of great stories about growing up in tiny Perast with his extended family. Really made for a memorable stay

Review 17：The owners and staff were outstanding. The lunch servers got us situated when we arrived, & even offered to help carry our luggage from the car park. The husband-owner got us information about mass times in town. The room was clean & had a great view.

Review 20：Beautiful view from the window, and we loved staying a night in Perast so we could experience the town after the tour bus visitors left and the locals came out to enjoy the evening. We liked the music the hotel played when we had a drink on the patio. The hotel is right in the middle of town, and is the gathering place for boats to the island. We loved watching the people come and go from our window. The staff was helpful and professional.
Review 21：No criticisms of Palace Jelena! Just some advice about Perast: there is no ATM here, best to go to Kotor to get cash and pay for meals by credit card; the beaches (as usual in ex-Yugoslavia) are concrete, not sand; I think children would find it boring here; we were here in early May and it was very hot, it will be even hotter in July and August. Come in May or in September!
Review 22：Perast is a very beautiful and relaxing town. Marko and Zelka are very friendly and helpful hosts and the staff are all very attentive. This is a luxury hotel at a very reasonable price and we will definitely return to it! And the cooking is excellent!
Review 23：Great view of the islands from our room. Very easy to find, you would need to have your eyes closed to miss it. Our room was huge, spotlessly clean and quiet even though it was right on the main street through Perast. This is a sleepy town so noise is not an issue.

Review 38：Palace Jelena Rooms is one of the best vacation accommodation I have ever been to! The staff is simply lovely: very approachable, always at your service but at the same time very laid-back and flexible if need be. The rooms are great - spacious, clean and very tastefully decorated. Restaurant food is tasty and well priced, offering a blend of traditional Montenegrin and Italian food. I would definitely go back!
Review 39：Great location in a beautiful and historic village overlooking the Bay of Kotor. The renovations and fitting out of the old Palace Jelena have been done to a high quality and make a stay there very enjoyable. Perast is the prettiest village on the bay, and a great place to stay, paticularly as cars are somewhat prevented from congesting the lovely setting. The local bus service linking Kotor is excellent.

Review 45：The host, Marko, is very friendly and helpful. He generously upgraded us to the largest room which is absolutely spacious and clean, with an amazing view to the bay and two little islands. The restaurant on the ground floor also serves very good mussels and Italian cousine.

It is a perfect base for exploring the stunning scenery of the Bay of Kotor. Local restaurants: Good value and many with tables right on the waterfront. Our favourite was the Armonia.
