Review 1：Need to drive into town for meals, the bar / restaurant next door was disappointing. Couch bit saggy and bed sheets very creased.

Review 14：The lumpy pillows that were too firm and high; it has aggravated my neck problems. Please get new ones! The broken light switch in the bathroom, it was a skill to use it. Parking our family sedan car was a challenge as our neighbour took up more than his parking space, and with a brick column the other side we were lucky to get into the space and then have to squeeze out of our car. If we had driven a larger vehicle we would not have been able to park undercover, outside our apartment.
Review 15：Personal welcome by Dean who showed us to our apartment. Clean and well furnished. Plenty of storage. Easy access to the pool and communal areas from our room.

Review 42：The manager/owner was very accommodating - he came out to the property early for us after we arrived in town earlier than expected. He also delivered a high chair to the room free of charge. The room opened up onto the pool which was terrific. The price was also significantly less than booking direct with Broadwater. Would thoroughly recommend.
Review 43：ground floor units need a sheer curtain for privacy, had to keep the drapes closed as neighbours were sitting outside my room. You can hear every word and noise from neighbours.

Review 45：There was no hand soap or shampoos on arrival and there was only a small amount of dishwashing liquid, which I found out when I went to use the plates and they were dirty and I had to wash them before using them. The pillows were too high and firm (having some flatter and some highter may be the best way to suit traveller' needs there). Once I let Dean know about these issues he was good at trying to sort them out.
