Review 1：Air con is controlled centrally and can be turned off but not set to your own comfort level.

Review 2：2 night stay was unplanned but a car breakdown meant an extra night. The staff was great especially Justine on reception with help with Avis. Very comfortable stay.

Review 8：The hotel is conveniently located just outside the centre of Rieti and provided us with a good base to explore the 'centro storico'. Our room overlooked the river and was very quiet as well as being clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful with advice and information for our onward journey to Sorrento.

Review 9：The breakfast was satisfactory, but bread, ham etc often ran out and was not replaced for considerable time. I saw several people have same problem especially on a Sunday

Review 11：WiFi didn´t work in our room. Room was in first floor and the noise from close by bar bad. One morning there was no bread of ham in breakfest at 7:30 anymore.
