Review 1：Perfect location, two streets of airport bus stop. Diagonally to the Porta Nuova Train Station. Close to downtown. Comfortable bed, room and bathroom. Breakfast is a well stocked buffet. We liked it!

Review 2：Room (on the 2nd floor) a bit dark. Private garage relatively expensive and closed on Sunday afternoon, potential problem for weekend travellers. Subjective issue: air was very dry at the point that we had phenomena of static electricity.

Review 11：Asked for quiet high level room when booking and received it. We had the top floor (level 5) facing the inner courtyard. Didn't hear a thing except the occassional person going past with roller suitcases. Breakfast was extensive in choice. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Location opposite Porto Nuova train station is excellent if using trains but a little far from central attractions near Piazza Castella area. Bed and pillows were very big and comfortable. We had Room 501which is quite large.

Review 12：Location was very good near the airport shuttle terminus at Porta Nuova and the pedestrian Shopping street Lagrange that leads straight to the brilliant Egyptian museum.

Review 13：I asked to have a Double King site bed and after I recived the confirmation by email I find two single bed together.

Review 15：Our "Executive Room" was on 1st floor, despite the fact that we had requested higher level when reservation was made approx. 10 months ago. Due to this, outside noise level during night was quite loud and disruptive to getting a good night's sleep.

Review 21：We travelled from Stresa after a family wedding and we were pleasently surprised with the great standard of the hotel.The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the historic centre. staff very helpful and breakfast was great. Although we stayed only on night Turin is a beautiful city I would advise everyone to visit it. I hope I get to visit it for longer in the future and will definitely stay in star majestic again. Review 22：Breakfast is unacceptable, poor selection and presentation, unattentive and uninterested staff. Corridors are not yet fully painted, it seems they ran out of paint. The garage is old, dark, shabby. Do not accept credit card.

Review 41：Rooms next to the elevator are very noisy with a continuous noise coming out of the lift every time it was used day and night. Very annoying. When room was changed we still heard the noise but to a lesser extent . Reception tried not to show that they were aware of the problem. Drainage smell coming out of bathroom in second room given.

Review 46：Internet,lots if noise in the middle of night. we booked an executive room for 3 nights. 3.night at 9:30pm we had no internet even though our booking was valid next day untill 12pm. Plus no one likes to find dirty glasses when she comes back room in the evening. The last thing,we travel to Italy at least twice a year and mostly stay at starhotels. I never had a chance to eat a healty boiled egg. Your eggs are poisonous,you boil them too much sulfur develops around the yellow part of the egg.

Review 48：Noise in bedroom. Soundproof windows, so no exterior noise but corridor/interior noise in the bed room – noise from spring loaded room doors, guests in corridor and “floor” noise from other local rooms, but I didn’t hear any TV, in room talking, etc. from other rooms. Restaurant was “shut” and converted into a night club on my first night for a party staying at the hotel. This resulted in excessive noise in my (2nd floor – hate to think what it was like on the first floor !) room due to minimal soundproofing in the restaurant. A hotel that cared could have done more to arrange room allocation accordingly (party guests in rooms above restaurant) – but they could not be bothered. Note, also had some “general” noise issues from the restaurant on the last night, so they must be aware of the limited restaurant noise insulation. The prime purpose of using a hotel is for the bed / sleep, if you can sleep through most things, or are happy to take pot luck re noise, this hotel is fine, but I will not use it again (as it is) and will be reluctant to use any linked hotel.

Review 49：Location. Good location – easy walk from railway station with luggage and skis. Bedroom was clean, “new” modern and well equipped – as per general high quality chain hotel, which some might consider good, but a bit "bland".

Review 50：The hotel is close to the Porta Nova which is the central train station, on the other hand it is really in the city center. What I liked most is that the room was really clean.

Review 51：Rom was very small. Noise from the corridor: footsteps and very loudly slamming doors. Inattentive staff: the first bug was at check in when the guy tried to charge my card twice ( for my room and the room of my colleague) in spite of the fact that at booking it was mentioned that we would prefer to pay cash and more over we were ready to make the full prepayment of our stay immediately! In the result the large amount of money was just blocked on my card. The second one was at check out. As we had a very early flight, the day before I ordered a taxi and a breakfast bag. In the result - the taxi was ordered once again (happily It arrived within 3 minutes!), but we had to forget about the breakfast... Thanks a lot! Very poor room accessories: only shampoo, body lotion and shower cap. Очень маленький номер. Плохая шумоизоляция: слышимость из коридора просто кошмарная! Громко хлопающие двери и шаги (нет коврового покрытия). Холодный пол. Берите с собой тапочки или просите на респшене, чтобы принесли (в некоторых номерах -это опция, наряду с чайником, а в некоторых -нет). Невнимательность персонала, в результате чего при заезде заблокировали лишние деньги на карте, а при выезде забыли заказать нам такси и предоставить пакеты с завтраком, хотя накануне специально заранее заказали и то и другое!!! Ощущение"на троечку"... Одна звезда явно приписана...

Review 59：Some parts of the carpet in the restaurant were noticeably stained giving an unhygienic, tired and shabby look, and at its entrance there was a significant hole which could be a safety hazard. Offering tinned fruit at breakfast is a substandard option for a hotel of this class, and latecomers may find some choices have not been replenished. We were frustrated by the wifi connection, which was too poor for a video Skype call and had to be renewed each day with a new code

Review 60：We booked a superior room to stay 5 nights, and the general comfort of the room was good. The staff were helpful and trying hard.

Review 69：some of the staff members were not as helpful and polite as you wish, quite poor breakfast buffet for a 4 star hotel, do not take a regular coffee at the breakfast, it was awful, you have to ask for espresso or capuchino or something. Not all staff can speak other than Italian. There is wifi, which is for 24h for free, but initially I was told that after I have to pay. At the end turned out, I just had to re-register, but I'd knew it from the beggining, I would manage my business better.

Review 71：Wlan quality was not sufficient enough. While booking it was stated that wlan is included. This doesn´t indicate that there is business wlan with a better quality for additional payment later on and connectivity interruption after 24h when you stay for 3 nights. I booked with bath tube but didn´t get the correct room without even mention it when checking in.

Review 73：We could not sleep well because "top managers (!) " decided to switch off a hotel air conditioning - "winter is coming, you know !" It was about +20 C that week... An open window was not a solution because of noisy Corso Vitt Emma 2... Do not live in 4th floor: vertical audibility is excellent, and it is a bit dullish to wish " be healthy!" for every sneeze. WiFi worked properly, however one needs to renew the subscription every 24 hours. Why? For all these reasons the hotel is out of "value for money" at the moment.

Review 96：WIFI- you need to enter your information every 24hrs to have access. I would advised the hotel to have the invoices ready for check-out. It takes too much time (15 minutes per guest) if there is only one person (and a trainee who does not what to do) helping everyone to check-out.
