Review 1：The breakfast - they could have nasi lemak instead of nasi goreng and more varieties. Coffee no fresh milk. WiFi was slow.
Review 2：It was really value for money and good location to most places especially churches, shopping centre, eateries, etc.
Review 3：For such a big hotel the breakfast was really terrible.. No Milk, even when I asked for milk for children, they dont have.. no cornflakes, western food only jam and toast.

Review 7：We seem to be transparent (not being noticed as a guest in the hotel). Seems like we came and were gone without the staff having even notice our presence.

Review 9：Quite messy to pay deposit of room access card and room rate. Staff requested to pay RM200 for room access card and room rate (RM178 + RMM22) for verification only. Then they will return the RM200 and charged RM178 for room rate upon check out.

Review 15：I was not given a non smoking room / floor as requested in my booking. I had to get them to change it for me after i checked in. It was done quite fast. The mini breakfast buffet could be better. No egg station. Not everyone likes half boil egg. No separation between the shower and toilet area so the floor was wet most of the time.

Review 35：There was once where the hotel key card didn't work and we have to make a trip all the way to the lobby after a tiring day. The dry and wet bathroom was not separated. The whole bathroom floor was wet after shower. The sink leaked.

Review 60：The manager was not helpful, and seemed to be distracted by the rain which caused his shirt to be wet. The hotel does not have enough parking lots. I came in one car and had three rooms and can't even get a parking spot. I asked for a vacant parking lot in front of the lobby with a hotel sign, but was first told that it is for a VIP, then later for a OKU after I protested that I was told that nobody can reserve a parking spot! So unfair. Next day, we noticed the same VIP car parked in front of the hotel. What a disappointment. Bed sheet, pillow covers and towels are thin and old, what a letdown for a hotel with so much potential.

Review 80：1. Breakfast time is until 10am but when we go down around 9:20am just have bread and drink only. Fried rice n all the fried noodle finished n didn't refill. So we need drive out to have our breakfast. 2. Wifi very very slowwww...,,
