La Romance du Lac is in a peaceful setting and has spacious grounds with a terrace, barbecue facilities and a lake suitable for swimming. The center of Malmedy is less than 15 minutes away by car. Guests have on-site Vespa scooter rental.

Review 8：Excellent B&B in a beautiful location. The rooms are located in a specially built annexe, almost like a suite of hotel rooms. The rooms are simple but spacious with a bright shower room and a view into a private garden. The sound proofing is excellent and a good nights rest is guaranteed. Very polite and helpful owner. If you want a quiet place to stay in the Hautes Fagnes, La Romance du Lac is thoroughly recommended.

Review 9：La Romance du Lac is located close to Naturpark Hohes Venn. The hostess gave us a warm welcome (speaks French and a little German). Breakfast was very ample. Rooms were very clean and cosy. WiFi available in the common room. Kitchen was accessible at all times.
