Reviews for Atlas Essaouira & Spa
Review 1:Room with sea view was great. Very spacious and the bed super comfy. Good breakfast. Beautiful deco in the common areas. Super clean. Bery plite staff. So close to the beach.
Review 2:Impossible to get boiling water for tea, and coffee undrinkable, in a town with excellent coffee everywhere. Minor, minor gripes. Oh and the pool was really freezing!
Review 3:Top spot, nice staff, clean and comfortable. Will return.
Review 4:Buffet was taken away early each morning and very poor food selection Rooms were very noisy in the morning (banging of doors by cleaning staff) Rooms weren't cleaned very well (trash there for days)
Review 5:Pool area was open in the sun Sea view was good
Review 6:Poor customer service - no Wifi despite reception insisting with every client that there was a problem with the clients device - prebooking emails unanswered - tried to cahrge for access to the sauna area ? its a spa hotel, never came across this before. Our original room was very run down with very unsavoury nail marks and peeling on the headboard - were upgraded to a suite with a wonderful view but were glad not to pay 5* rates for this so called 'suite' - all in all deligthed that we were not locked into an all inclusive - this Hotel is well past its prime with staff struggling to smile through customers obvious disappointments. Nevertheless the location was great and we had a ball from dawn till dusk exploring the region, local upmarket hammams and medina.
Review 7:Room really dirty and not maintained, everything was broken when we entered the 1st room. Service not helpfully! Manager not able to find solution and hiding when we asked to speak with him....!
Review 8:La vue sur océan.
Review 9:The breakfast was varied but tasteless, the famous Moroccan crepes were store bought - this was disappointing as the other two hotels we stayed at made the crepes from scratch. Additionally, the tea was cold and the food and crockery kept running out; this meant we had to ask various staff members for things; this was very annoying and made eating breakfast less enjoyable. The pool area was nice, however there was no music or atmosphere which made it depressing. The pool also could have been a lot cleaner.
Review 10:The hotel was absolutely beautiful with a number of places to sit and relax available. Great location as the hotel was on the beach and only 5 minutes from the medina. The receptionist Yaseen was very helpful as he spent time discussing good places to visit in Essaouira as well as in Marrakesh. Additionally, Yaseen arranged for us to go quad biking and for the taxi to come and collect us. The service was fantastic as all requests made by us were addressed quickly; e.g. I requested soap and a towel and these were sent to my room quickly. Additionally, the rooms were cleaned promptly every morning. There was a nice bar area to enjoy hot chocolate in in the evening with live music; this looked out onto the beach. The concierges helped us with our luggage both upon arrival and departure and called taxis for us which was very helpful.
Review 11:The hotel is quite cold in winter and doesn't give a cozy feeling. It's not a 5 star hotel at all. The food in the restaurant is overpriced and poor quality. We were surprised to discover that the hammam was not included in the price of the room. Although the hotel is located not far from the Medina, the city is so windy that it's not a pleasant walk. Next time we'll take a hotel closer to the restaurants and tourist attractions.
Review 12:Cleanliness, the staff outside the hotel helped us to carry our suitcases and call a taxi. The rooms are big and spacious.
Review 13:Superb location by the beach with panoramic vistas from sea-view rooms. A short walk along the sands from the old town. Generous buffet breakfast and helpful staff, although in mid-December the Moroccan restaurant was closed.
Review 14:Very expensive in the bars and restaurants and especially the spa
Review 15:Fabulous spacious and immaculately clean room, helpful attentive staff great buffet breakfast
Review 16:No air conditioning in bedroom. Having to cool rooms with windows open which let in mosquitoes and sandflies. No wifi reception in the room.
Review 17:Late checkout. Breakfast buffet.
Review 18:Food was basic. Needs review. Breakfast was cold and almost same each day. it was a quiet period and not many guests were around.
Review 19:Location,cleanliness and the staff.Yasin, Naeema and all of them from the reception were pleasant and helpful. Fatima tul zahra in the restaurant along with others were attentive to our needs. Asma used to clean the room very nicely and cheerfully. Every day new sheets and fresh towels were provided. We had a delux sea view room. It had a lovely view and we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset from our window.
Review 20:Very rude greeting and welcome by lady receptionist. No Moroccan atmosphere in bedroom or general decor apart from reception. Very bland buisnesslike feel. Cold pool.....unusable. Taxi transfer company on website not affiliated and hotel claim no knowledge therefore responibility.
Review 21:Great option for beach and only 10 mins walk to town. Comfortable stay.
Review 22:Booking.com said out Booking included 1 Free hour in Hot Tub/and or Spa and gym. Hotel said the offer only applied to the Gym.
Review 23:Modern and good quality Hotel 15 mins walk from the Harbour. Staff were professional and more than helpful. There was a good selection for Breakfast which catered for all taste.Private Beach area was well looked after and would be particularly welcome in peak season. Didn't try any other meals but service in the Piano bar was great.
Review 24:The only negative comment is the colour of the towels, grayish because of being washed so many times. Clean, fine smelling, but not that white.
Review 25:The rooms with a see view are spectacular. Personnel is nice. The cleanness is five star. The artificial smell of cleaning products in most of the hotels is not there. As a person most irritated by any smell, I liked this hotel very much.
Review 26:There were far too many small problems for what purports to be a five star hotel - there was no information in our room (about the spa, room service, food, etc) and none arrived after we pointed this out. The bath plug didn't work - a member of staff looked at it and promised to come back but never did! We'd asked for a cot which wasn't there and had to ask twice again before it arrived. We loved Essaouira - if we go again we will stay in one of the Riads in the Medina, saving a mile-long walk from the hotel.
Review 27:The staff were outstanding and really friendly to our toddler, who loved running around the vast spaces.
Review 28:It took a few days to get used to the different culture. Newbies straight off the plane were easily spotted and currency confusion was taken advantage of a little outside the hotel.
Review 29:The staff were friendly and polite. Most spoke a little English. Very clean, tasteful and modern.
Review 30:We felt the buffet dinner was quite expensive for what it was
Review 31:Lovely hotel in great location, right on the beach. We arrived 3 hours before stated check in time and were allowed check in straight away without any hesitation or issues - much appreciated after a long bus journey!
Review 32:Great location right across from the beach and a 5-10 minute walk to the medina. We had a beautiful ocean view. Very clean. We asked for extra towels and they were delivered within 5 minutes. Couple of blocks from good Italian restaurant.
Review 33:Badly equipped gym, useless for any serious sport enthusiast. Very expensive services - super expensive bottled water in a hotel where you can't drink tap water. Noisy HK service early in the morning.
Review 34:Good location for the beach. Free parking. Relaxing atmosphere around the pool.
Review 35:-Had a slight problem with the air conditioning on our first night, and despite many calls to reception, the matter was not resolved until half one past midnight. This was very troubling for my children especially since it was very humid that night. -The pool could do with regular cleaning, we found a huge cockroach and many insects floating around in the pool even at midday. Didn't make much use of it after that. I understand insects can fall in overnight, but I do expect it to be cleaned by midday.
Review 36:As there are no family rooms at the hotel, we were given 2 joint rooms with a through door opened for ease of access. The beach being opposite certainly went down well with the children.
Review 37:It is NOT a 5 star hotel. Maybe it was at one time and they have since let their standards slip. A lot of areas of the hotel need a paint job or at least the walls need a clean. The service is not great. At one time there was no-one in either the bar or restaurant to take my order...all I wanted was a coffee. Got breakfast ordered to the room.ordered All-Bran from the menu, got Coco Pops instead. When I was checking out and paying the guy I dealt with looked miserable and didnt even ask if I enjoyed my stay. He just asked me if I used the minibar and how I would like to pay. The wifi situation is also dreadful. Terribly weak signal in the room and even poor in the hotel lobby and reception area. 1 star wifi
Review 38:The hotel is right on the beach so that's nice. The Senegalese doorman Djuoaf is very helpful and friendly
Review 39:There were no drawers or shelves in the room only a wardrobe. We found a cockroach mid week wich was dealt with efficiently by the staff. The shower was in the bath and one of us had to move to a more expensive room to get a walk in shower. There were too few staff resulting in long waits for service.
Review 40:The price was good. The facilities were good. The breakfast was good. The staff were pleasant but the hotel needs a new efficient manager. The air conditioning was poor even on maximum. The prices of drinks from the minibar were excessive (£4 for a coke!)
Review 41:The Hotel could better advertise what menus and activities are available at the hotel restaurants and bar and also other activities that can be organised such as bicycle hire or tours to Agadir, Marakech etc.
Review 42:Friendly and attentive staff helped make our stay at the Atlas a very pleasant one. Our room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The breakfast was of good quality and had enough choices for most people. The hotel is located across the main road from the beach and has its own private section for sunbathing. The pool is large and clean and nice for swimming. It cost 150MAD for a taxi from the airport, you can change currency when you arrive at the airport and 10MAD is approximately 1 Euro. It was a 20 minute stroll to the town where the Souk and Medina are.
Review 43:The WiFi did not work in the room as promised which was a reason for booking here given the large hotel where I stayed before had Wifi only at reception. Wifi at Atlas also didn't work in the dining room and with only a very weak signal at one area by the pool. With the exception of one staff member behind the desk and the person who held my luggage who were friendly, the staff didn't seem concerned about the Wifi issue nor making us feel welcome. Though I asked to pay by local currency when I arrived and was told I could do so when I checked out, my card was charged. They said it was a Booking.com policy but didn't tell me that when I checked in. I've featured many hotels on my travel blog, A Move to Morocco, and was hoping to endorse this one but can only give it an "ok" rating.
Review 44:The double room with a couch was large and the pool area nice. Breakfast was adequate and the location good.
Review 45:The wifi in the rooms were terrible. The rooms were inconsistent because one of the rooms had shelves in the cupboard whilst the other room did not. There were no chest of drawers to keep things and the bathrooms (and parts of the bedroom) could definitely be refurbished.
Review 46:The staff were great. The foyer was impressive and the availability of facilities was good. The bedroom fit a cot comfortably.
Review 47:Weak wifi and only around the reception deck. Corridors carpets must be changed. The rooms managers, because they didn't do their job, must be changed but the cleaning girls was beautiful. The management of the hotel have to enhance efforts in communication between the morning and the afternoon teams.
Review 48:Staff is wonderful
Review 49:Slightly further away from medina and centre of Essasouira (but only slightly). Bigger issue was the lack of staff for service: Hotel was very quiet (Sept) and I assume they let most of the bar/pool/beach staff go. One guy was doing the work of five (admittedly very well), as a result you had to seek out pool towels, drinks etc and then wait. Pity for such a fabulous facility.
Review 50:Top-end hotel for facilities, cleanliness, professional staff. Great leisure complex. Awesome hammam spa.
Review 51:The room was advertised as having WIFI but it did not work in our room. I reported this to Reception staff several times and the issue was never resolved. In addition, the gym is not clean and several items of equipment do not work. The breakfast on weekdays was very inconsistent - I was served a bad egg on my first morning and sour milk on the second. Breakfast improved at the weekend, when there were more guests and the Manager was visibly on duty, but it was very poor on other days.
Review 52:Lovely pool, comfortable bedroom
Review 53:We had a gorgeous, clean and comfortable room overlooking the beach. The pool was clean and refreshing with nice soft beach towels. The staff were extremely friendly - especially those in the bar who liked to guess what we wanted to drink! It was my birthday during the stay and the hotel arranged a surprise breakfast to be sent to our room. Really could not fault our stay at all!
Review 54:I didn't like the fact that the assistance at the pool is very poor, a left butter even on the pool ,I know that the wind is a bad factor , but it's not a reason for a five star hotel , the orange juice at the buffet is not fresh, we need to clean our plates by our own, a tea glasses for the juices, a paper napkins at the tables, as well as the spa , when we want to sell a product we should make sure that we repeat the order for the guest sometimes the guest is wrong and to avoid all the misunderstands we reformulate the orders, if we want this kind of services we will go to 4star hotels but for 5stars it's acceptable
Review 55:I liked the view we had a very nice room facing the sea, the front desk team are very good
Review 56:Somewhat uncharacteristic, carpets in the corridors need urgent replacement
Review 57:It's a very fine hotel and not expensive for what is on offer, Private area in beach is fine, Essaouira is a great destination and full of interest even if very windy. Good Price/Quality ratio
Review 58:That we had to change room 4 times and took a lot from staff to apologise. Also the pool was freezing and doesn't have the sun all day. Badly posotioned.
Review 59:Location
Review 60:If I was being picky, wifi was up and down, but then it was everywhere we stayed, but this certainly didn't stop us enjoying the stay
Review 61:Friendly staff. Lovely rooms overlooking pool/beach. Check in made very simple. Great location 15 mins walk from Medina
Review 62:The resort in general is windy and despite their efforts to provide windbreakers for the pool does not always work well
Review 63:Opposite the beach. Slightly away from the medina and beach end where everyone goes, so slightly quieter.
Review 64:Spa was a bit overpriced but enjoyable as a treat. Some of the front desk staff were a little unfriendly but not all. Food was overpriced- much better food for half the price if you venture into the old town.
Review 65:Location was great, about 10-15 minute walk from the old town along the sea front so a nice peaceful location but still easy to get to restaurants etc in old town. Gorgeous hotel, pool etc was fantastic. Loved that there was a gym.
Review 66:Definitely not a 5 star hotel - rooms in need of a little revamp
Review 67:Nice pool area and good selection for breakfast. Right on the beach and taxi's cost less than €1 to the Medina
Review 68:don't use their exchange service, the ask me to pay 600d for 50E shoud be 550, reception staff very bad, taxi from hotel to Essaouira airport 15E hotel wanted to charge me 20e, swindler- hotel staff, expensive shop in hotel better go to Medina to buy clothes etc they overcharge You in the hotel. internet very bad usually worked just for 5 min and connection lost, bathrom low water pressure cold water and unable to fill bath, room fridge don't give you any cold everything inside worm no point of using power to fridge in the room
Review 69:nice swimming pool, nice breakfast even you can sit inside with sea view or outside garden view, nice bar with evening performance, very comfortable bed and pillows, nice big room with big windows
Review 70:Wifi doesn't work in the room, the phone neither. The swiming pool is cold knowing that essaouira's weather is allways cold.
Review 71:very clean, calm, comfortable, Commun space is beautiful,
Review 72:Really a nice hotel, which we liked a lot. They are doing a really good job.Cards for hotelroom doors: Needs a section on its own! The creditcards used to open the door to your room is really a problem: They stop suddenly working and you have to go to the reception and get a new one. They could hire a full-time assistant for this, since everybody needs to get new keys all the time. In eleven days we had to get a new card 5 times for two rooms, one due to misplacing it though. I Wonder about security, since they change the Cards so often, you can easily trick the receptionist into allowing you access to another room! The pool is secluded behind gigantic glass walls, since it can be very windy, but the wind is still there and the pool feels very cool. With no winds (It happens, but rarely), it’s fine, but in windy conditions people freeze and few people go in the pool. “Debris” is flying around and their parasols can become flying objects. I don’t have a solution for the hotel, but that’s how it is…The reception is really friendly and helpful and room service every day is part of the concept. We had a deluxe room with sea view, which was very beautiful. But most of the day you will have curtains for the windows due to the heat, so it’s only a “nice to have” thing. The deluxe rooms (without sea view) is towards the very large yard in the middle with the pool and a garden. The breakfast is included and is large, but many dishes are local. You can order an omelet, which is a good supplement. They serve heaps of bread and boiled eggs with coloured handles, so you don’t take the egg of another person! Internet is free, but only available around the reception area, offering the sight of people moving around with their phones in order to get optimal receiver conditions! There is also the all too often mess with several access points with almost the same SSID, not allowing for seamless roaming when you move around.
Review 73:Wifi was slow and only effective properly in the reception area. Breakfast area too busy and should have stations with staff to each for example omelette cook, cooked food served by staff etc. There is no iron available for use in the hotel.
Review 74:The staff were always happy to help, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was good. AC was fine, didn't need it to get any colder.
Review 75:Swimming pool ice cold - no towels available. Beach lovely but if you go in the sea here the kite suffers shout at you to get out of the water as its reserved for them dangerousness when the kites come crashing down. Staff here generally unhelpful - tell you to wait a lot. Reception staff very unpleasant.
Review 76:Clean, modern hotel.
Review 77:Management should review the breakfast and find a better way of serving that many people. Wifi was very slow.
Review 78:Staff was great. Yunus at breakfast was spectacular, checked on us constantly and went out of his way to make sure we were confortable. Amine at reception was very welcoming, friendly and kind.
Review 79:Wifi was weak in our room
Review 80:Fab hotel, couldnt fault anything, very good quality. nice staff, nice pool. Bed was amazing! It is a walk into the centre which we enjoyed as along the sea front.
Review 81:The staff here are some of the best hotel staff I've ever come across. Friendly, helpful, and going beyond the call of duty. The hotel itself is beautiful, we upgraded to an ocean room, which is absolutely worth it. The breakfast is plentiful, and again, the staff was extremely helpful here too.
Review 82:pool area needs updating, not enough staff, seem overworked, do not bother with the evening buffet !
Review 83:excellent room overlooking beach, close to town, v clean, nice staff
Review 84:The WiFi is moody.
Review 85:We stayed 10 nights at Atlas, we had a great time. The personel is very friendly and always ready to help you. We liked the spacious room with big floor-to-scelling window. The interiors of the lobby and dining areas are aesthetic with local finishing. The location of the hotel is great. Just across the street there's a beach, it's 10 minutes walking distance to Medina. One street from the hotel there's a great surfing and kitesurfing school - Bleukite Essaouira. Guys are really friendly and make all the best to teach you and help you. Essaouira is a great laid-back, not so turistic town that we would love to visit again.
Review 86:Lack of staff by poolside. The many restaurants closed during Ramadan. Can select only food on menu-no variation allowed at all. Room not cleaned one day.
Review 87:Room very comfortable with sea view.
Review 88:Only downside is that it is extremely windy making relaxing around the pool a challenge and any beach visit non existent
Review 89:Very comfortable room and great breakfast
Review 90:The swimming pool was closed for maintenance and whilst I understand this was necessary there was no prior notification or real apology. I thought that the management would offer some part refund or meal in restaurant and while I did complain they did not seem to understand.
Review 91:The Hotel was good and so was breakfast
Review 92:We had a 2 night stay and we're looking forward to enjoying the pool after long hit days in the desert. The pool was out of action for repairs - we were promise that it would be open the following day but that was not to be. We asked for a rate reduction and instead were given access to the spa.
Review 93:Close proximity to Essaouira Medina.
Review 94:Buffet meal, a large party was there leaving little choice for the rest of us. Otherwise local restaurants were very good as was breakfast.
Review 95:Quiet with good service
Review 96:Arrived late and the room service menu was practically non existent. The poolside service was also a bit lacking. They could have got a lot more custom by making an effort with poolside service.
Review 97:Hotel was relaxed but had everything we needed. Clean and well run. Great location for kite surfers as can walk to all the kiting centres.
Review 98:Communal areas (e.g. pool) a bit tired
Review 99:Good location, next to the beach and nice walk to the medina. On arrival, we were upgraded to a Sea View Suite; the staff in general was friendly
Review 100:Closeness to beach and private area. Great swimming pool and poolside service. We were upgraded to a mini suite, which was greatly appreciated. The spa was wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic. The place is spacious and has all the amenities of a resort. The wifi worked everywhere.
Review 101:This is not a 5 star hotel. Service, comfort, air conditioning, food (!) and the fact residents had to pay to use spa facilities (separate 150MAD per item i.e. 150 for jacuzzi, 150 for sauna etc) all combined to give a sub standard experience. It did live up to one thing however...its price tag!!
Review 102:The seaview from the room was spectacular and close proximity to the beach.
Review 103:The hotel is suburb , very clean , good location .breakfast was fantastic Ooh loved the fresh orange juic Essaoura is amazing place must must visit .
Review 104:Food could improve add more western choices. The Moroccon restaurant was not open during our stay would have liked to try it.
Review 105:Wonderful staff at reception Comfy bed, clean hotel, an easy walk to the medina along a beautiful beach with golden sand. Great pool.
Review 106:The lobby of the hotel is very impressive but the corridors and some of the other areas are a little shabby. Breakfast is good but beware of the seagulls if you chose to eat outside - I'd also be cautious about choosing an omelette as the gulls helped themselves to the ingredients!
Review 107:After a bit of a bumpy start in a room with completely ineffective air conditioning we were moved to one of the suites at the front of the hotel... Air conditioning still not amazing but the suite was otherwise lovely with a big lounge/dining area, a massive bedroom (and massive bed) and a big bathroom with his & hers sinks. The balcony at the front caught the late afternoon sun which was very relaxing.
Review 108:Breakfast is average, especially the coffee. How about some nice strong latte? Provision of local flat breads for breakfast would be nice too.
Review 109:We loved the seafront views, from our room. The complimentary taxi ride to and from Essaouira airport was very helpful. Enjoyed the poolside and hot tub facilities and the lovely fresh smell in the lifts.
Review 110:We had one evening meal at the hotel and it wasn't great. Much better to eat out in the town - cheaper and more interesting. Also a small thing, but we would have liked to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The air con was not very good at keeping the room cool, and sometimes the cleaners switched it off.
Review 111:The staff in all areas were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a great view of the sea and beach from our comfortable large room. The free airport transfers were great and very professional. There was a wide range of choice for breakfast. Good location - not far from Medina.
Review 112:Wifi didnt connect very well upstairs, but worked fine at the reception, swimming and breakfast area downstairs
Review 113:Very nice staff, good breakfast and lovely spa. Amazingly friendly man who welcomed us and brought are suitcases upstairs, made us smilr every day. We had a great time!
Review 114:The air-conditioning is not the best and as we had a sea facing room it was very stuffy.
Review 115:The hotel is modern and spacious. There are plenty of places around the hotel to sit and read and enjoy the peace and quiet. The pool is lovely and there were always plenty of sunbeds and complimentary towels. The piano bar was lovely to sit and have a drink in either during the day or on an evening when there was normally a singer on.
Review 116:Not enough bar staff. The ;pool attendant also looks after the beach therefore is running across the road all the time. Likewise not enough staff in Piano bar. Waited over 20 minutes for a drink around the pool. Need more staff.
Review 117:Location of hotel. Good breakfast choice.
Review 118:It is not the hotel's fault but after seeing 40 something degrees in other parts of Morocco, we were expecting having a nice swim in the outdoor pool but on May, Essaouira is 20 something degree and nobody is in the pool.
Review 119:It is little bit pricey but if you are looking for a comfort, pampering yourself and calmness, after a big Morocco tour like ours, Essaouira and this hotel can be a good option. Staff is helpful, breakfast is good.
Review 120:Surliness and lack of interest or courtesy of most of the staff at the reception desk.
Review 121:Easy walking to beach and medina Sound proofing Fab bed Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet
Review 122:Breakfast was just ok. Pool staff while friendly, seemed to be always rushing around but nothing was getting dun. The costs of drinks in the bar were crazy. Way more expensive than Ireland and thats saying something.
Review 123:Hotel is in good location. Staff are very pleased. Bedroom is spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Review 124:unpleasant, dour front desk staff malfunctioning shower and drain malfunctioning WiFi malfunctioning HVAC tattered, stained carpets few functioning machines in fitness room
Review 125:friendly porter, pool and dining room staff attractive lobby and restaurant
Review 126:Air con in our room was ineffective, fortunately we could open windows but I think it would be an issue at warmer times of year (we were there end April)
Review 127:Staff were exceptionally helpful and even packed breakfast for us when we had an early morning departure
Review 128:However....we stayed her just because of the advertised "private beach" but that turned out to be a small area sectioned off with uncomfortable lounge chairs, in a spot with high wind. What we found was that every hotel on the beach road had its own beach sitting area and others were more pleasant than Atlas'.
Review 129:There were a lot of great aspects: breakfast, the Moroccan style charm, the spacious and clean rooms, the spa, etc.
Review 130:Shower head was not working.Wifi in the rooms near pool area was really poor.
Review 131:Breakfast was good, although not sure if 5 star like.Pool area quite big, nice green area.
Review 132:Wifi wasn't available all the time air conditioning was not great in the room
Review 133:Room good size bathroom and shower were fabulous pool huge and very clean hotel decor very nice
Review 134:Decent gym but no free weights and only a lat pull down machine. Resorted to doing dips using the treadmill!
Review 135:The room was very comfortable and had excellent Wi-Fi. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially 'Naima' who works on the reception desk.
Review 136:It's just a very large modern hotel with not a lot of flair
Review 137:Sea view rooms are great. Rooms are spacious with intern standard. Location perfect for surfing/ close to mistral station but still ok to walk to medina
Review 138:This is not a 5* hotel, more 3* by European standards. Breakfast was disappointing, narrow range of food, often run out by the time we go to it (not even at close of service) Pool bar was not open which was a bit of a disappointment.
Review 139:Clean and well presented. Rooms were comfortable and of a good size, we had a room overlooking the beach which had a great view. Hotel was quiet and chilled, likely due to going in pre-season (end of March)
Review 140:The hotel was clean, the breakfast great and it's right in front of the beach. You don't really get the sea view but it's really just 1 minute away.
