Review 1：Went for breakfast at the Pinnacle coffee house.The chef at egg station is quite arrogant,not in the sense of speech but the reaction.I went to the counter to request for omelette.I was standing in front of him but he just ignores me.So I told him that I need an omelette.He didn't say anything.So I went to my table,waiting for my omelette.After around three minutes or so he just looked at me, but didn't inform me that my omelette is ready.I understood that it's my omelette.So, I went to the counter to get my omelette and I said thank you.To my dismay he just pretend that I did not exist.That is the only incident that spoiled my stay at this hotel.The buffet spread for breakfast is nothing to shout about.They can do better.

Review 3：Because it is near the entertainment area, night time is very noisy and you can hear the music from the clubs nearby. Breakfast was bad, selection of food is limited and not fresh. better save the money and eat out

Breakfast buffet almost empty even that time still 9am..no staff at front of restaurants when we reach at level 20 to having our bfast. Review 6：Doorman @ bellman really good on their duty. Good response when you need any info. In my case,my wife need iron n iron board but that time, I'm in lobby. I'm asking doorman if I can get it, immediately, he call housekeeping n send to us.. Reach to our room less than 15minute.
Review 7：My room is near the air cond compressor and there was a loud humming sound all night long. When we request to change rooms, we were told that all rooms were fully booked.

Review 17：-We booked for 6 rooms, each rooms having experience cant enter the room (on 2nd day or 3rd days of stay), reason given that there were a problem with the Key or wrongly enter the staying date. -House keeping simply enter the room without permision. We had informed that dont enter the certain room for tide up. but they still enter the room. -Simply throw the contact lense case during house keeping. -Didnt clean the dust bin during the house keeping. -When asking the front desk to send us the empty plate, the staff told us that there is no room service for this hotel (which i never heard that hotel without room service) -The price of the hotel is not value for the service that we recieved

Review 22：The bed. I have booked 3 months in advance n requested for a joint room and 1 room to have separate beds. I was not given on both requests. Secondly room 904 was noisy. Ppl flushed the toilet upstairs, we can hear it loudly. Not pleased at all.

Review 70：We were here in 2012 when it was newly opened. Very poor maintenance of rooms 2 years later. Mh is only 2-year old. At the rate this is going, the condition of rooms will deteriorate very quickly. The Executive Suite was badly designed - bathroom sink and iron board were so low as if they were for child's use. With the length of the bathroom, a double sink could have been fixed. Carpet was badly stained throughout the room. Trash bin lid was spoilt. Bathroom was clogged and caused a flood while showering. Cable tv network was poor. Bedsheet had a huge yellow stain when the additional bed was pushed in; staff didn't even notice. Pillow cover had black stains on both sides too. There could have been more hangers provided in the wardrobe. Considering the price Mh hotel is charging (RM380 per night; could have been higher if booked directly via hotel website!), they should provide better quality slippers, not thin ones from recycled material! And better quality toiletries, not some in-house brand. I'm generally not pleased with the condition of the room, given that it's an Executive Suite. If not for the fact that we were there to attend a relative's funeral and didn't spend much time in the room, I'd have requested for a change of room.
