Reviews for Sol & Luna Lodge Spa
Review 1:WiFi could have been stronger. Spa was not appealing - could be much better. E.G. Hot tub took two hours to heat up! Swimming pool unheated. Sun loungers do not recline fully. No tea and coffee making facility in the bedroom.
Review 2:Everything else! Beautiful! Stunning, arty, unique, friendly, stunning back drop, beautiful food, excellent staff and service. The entertainment was really superb and really very different. The waiter service in the restaurant was exceptional. Thank you. A special few days.
Review 3:Gardens nice but could you more care, trimming to get the most out of their beauty. Breakfast very basic. Menu greatly over priced but good. Checkout time of 10:00 am way too early. No TV, at least give people an option. Not walking distance to town; no sidewalks. Nice place but overpriced. Charge taxes to Peruvian residents.
Review 4:Casitas well appointed, very good bed and bathroom. Privacy very good. Server Albert is a good one.
Review 5:Even though we had 2 beds, they charged us an extra $100 a night for our teenager. I don't see what the extra charge was for. They kept forgetting we had a third person with us and I had to keep reminding them for extra towels and water bottles. I can see an bit of an extra charge but not $100.
Review 6:The casita was everything as promised. Customer service was incredible. The location was perfect. Loved the water bottle at night. We really enjoyed our stay
Review 7:The hotel and activities are very expensive.
Review 8:The hotel is charming, and the grounds are beautiful, with all kinds of plants and flowers. The riding is really fun with excellent well cared-for Peruvian horses (the easiest gait to sit in the world) and very interesting countryside and villages through which to ride. We also enjoyed going into Urubamba for pollo al la brasa, delicious!
Review 9:Limited options for breakfast, wi-fi was not working in the rooms
Review 10:Beautiful gardens
Review 11:No dislikes it is superb
Review 12:Artistic and special
Review 13:Beautiful grounds & facilities with wonderful art sculptures throughout the resort. Food was wonderful and service excellent.
Review 14:I would have liked a bigger pool or indoor pool and steam room
Review 15:very relaxing and a great welcome
