Review 1：The room was not as clean as I'd imagine it to be especially for the price paid. Bathroom door I couldn't even bare to touch.

Review 9：On my expected arrival just after 10pm after an organised transfer by the hotel, from Marrakech airport to the hotel, bearing in mind that tje flight touched down 20mn earlier than scheduled, the kitchen of the hotel was closed. No facility to even have a sandwich on arrival was available. I was takenon foot to a fast food stand queuing for more than half an hour and left there. Not a nice welcome after a 4hr flight and 3hr car journey. The driver I had, had very kindly suggested to go to the hotel the following day to hand in a contact number of a guide in Marrakech for me, which he duly did, as I found out on my return trip with him. Unfortunately, after enquiring at the reception every day if there was a message for me left by the driver, I was repeatedly told no. This meant, that the guide in Marrakech was expecting me and lost out on a day's work and I had to forgo a day trip to Marrakech. It is a pity that the message was not past on, and I hope that for future customers, this does not reoccur.

Review 12：Was nice traditional Riad hotel right in the centre of the Madina - excellent location. Room fine, clean, well set out, all around a central courtyard. Essaouria pretty little place - lovely harbour - nice beach if a little windy - but a couple of days is all you need not much more to do than the beach and go shopping for nik naks.
