Review 1：**staff not helpful when they see a women carry a luggage they just ignore... **welcome drink only for group are exhausted personal travellers driving a few hours not welcoming to this property?? **coming for birthday treat n transit 4 our honeymoon but nothing arrange 4 surprise us..even a wish from receptionist....but its okay... **overall experience similar like u check in to any budget hotel..so better u stay at any budget hotel 15min away with lower price...tq

Review 3：I have received a call asking about "coloured towel" from housekeeping, which we are using in theme park and spa and plan to return it back after our fun time in the hotspring spa. But, they do call us for that towel before we return it. I mean u can call us if we take back that towel. I dont understand why they need to call us asking about that towel, when there is a note in the room saying that u can bring that towel to the themepark!!

Review 4：The room does not come with a fridge. Thank god we brought a cooler bag and kept filling it with ice otherwise my 4 yo will have to go without milk for the 2 days! We booked 4 rooms. One of the rooms' air condition did not work. It was late at night, we asked for a change of room but they refused even the hotel was dead quiet as it was not their peak season. It took maintenance 2 hours to "try" and fix the problem but they couldn't! At the end, they pushed in a mobile air conditioning unit and they did not even install that properly. We ended up having hot air blowing back into the room the whole night. One other room air conditioner was "turned-off" in the morning and when we complained to the staff, we were told the air conditioning unit was on a central controlled timer! What kind of hotel put the rooms' air conditioning units on a timer?! Strangely, the "timer" on the other 2 rooms did not switch off the air conditioners?! We complained to the staffs the following morning but they couldn't do anything other than apologising! We asked to speak with a manager but no manager was on duty! We will never go back there!

Review 5：Its location being opposite the Lost World of Tambun.

Review 6：no fridge in classic and exotic room. no extra pillows and blankets. The room is expensive for the size. Breakfast is the same for all 4 days of my stay which is kinda boring.

Review 7：I decided to extend my stay and got my room upgraded to executive suite which I really appreciated very much as i have young kids on the go.

Review 8：The hotel is situated quite a walking distance from the theme park. Breakfast buffet is situated near the theme park instead of near the hotel. Theme park can be entered once so if we need to take something, we have to pay again to enter. Theme park is quite old and quite over rated.

Review 10：The linen was stained with blood when we checked in. we had terrible experience with the hotel staffs. When we asked for extra towels for our kids, the hotel receptionist shouted back that she can only give us 4 towels. We explained that our room has only 2 towels. In the morning, a guy from the room service dep barged in without knocking, seem to want to clean up the room but it wasn't even time for us to check out yet. There are a lot of flies at the restaurant that serves our breakfast. However, I would like to praise a hotel receptionist named Dave. He was the one whom helped to put things right, watched over our baggages and brought them to our car.

Review 11：The very reason why we choose to stay at this hotel is because we are not familiar with Ipoh and this hotel is located right next to the Lost World theme park. If we were given a second chance with sufficient time to plan our stay at Ipoh, we would definitely not stay at this hotel. This hotel is walking distance away from the theme park. with the same price, there are many better hotels out there.

Review 13：Not even a simple minimart where we can buy something, no door bell & the door was thick that it is so hard to knock. Although it is a non smoking premeise & room, its even worse that some guest were smoking in the lobby & corridor.

Review 41：The advertising of this place is too "exaggerating" .. it is atotal disappointment for us, we travel far from Indonesia just to visitthis place and found the water park / theme park / zoo are veryvery small and nothing interesting except the hot spring. The room verystandard with no room service neither proper restaurant. It's evenhardly to call it a hotel. The receptionist was poor and lack ofknowledge at all. Its really wasting of time and money.

Review 58：The hotel didn't have a king size bed for us newlyweds. (They did put 2 single beds togather but we waited 1hour for check in). No face towel. A metal fitting fell off the furniture on my feet luckily I didn't injure badly. Basic room for an expensive rate (best to look for better rates). No fridge. Avoid school holiday or peak season for long waiting check in. Hotel suggest guest to register in the morning for the room and come later for check in. No room service so when it's pouring heavy rain, you're doomed.

Review 59：Staff were very helpful, special thanks to Advin the doormen who was seen assisting and welcoming all guest and genuinely engaging with guest. I like the location as there are many eateries in the surrounded area. The hotspring spa is a must try, totally worth it and it came with room package. Breakfast spread is really good.

Review 75：My family reached the hotel at 11am on a weekday and we were able to check in our room within 20 mins. I was very impressed with their swift and hassle free check in procedure. The room is clean and very spacious for my family of 4. The kids liked it very much. The hotel provided excellent Wifi connection. We were very happy to stay in touch with the cyber world in Lost World.

I have got to pay extra 10% + 6% service tax on top of the booking fee, and they have pre-charged my credit card one week before the check-in date without sending a proper notification to me.

Review 95：That the promotion didn't include free entrance to the park although there was suppose to be free use of the hotspring which is in the park. Having to pay RM50 for entrance fee makes the use of the hotspring no longer free! Disappointed that the hotspring only opens from 6 pm onwards, which is dinner time. There is no covered walkway from the hotel (which is a distance from the park) to the park. As it was raining heavily when we arrived, we couldn't walk over to the park due to the rain. There is no swimming pool and gym in the hotel for guests who do not wish to visit the park. We couldn't obtain immediate information pertaining to the spa/massage packages and were given the run around. Overall, not a good experience at all.

Review 97：The foreigner staff such as myanmar as the can't communicate at all in either bahasa or english and i don't believe an excuse as just working in this country is the main escape excuses for them not to know bahasa especially and a little english. I really hope these people not in the position of handling guests food as i really doubt of their capability of hygiene. This sound harsh but mostly it is fact.

Review 98：I like all of its. The night spa, the water theme park, petting zoo, tin park but i don't have a chance to explore the adventure park as 3days 2nights weren't enough time to explore all. I will come again and stay longer. By the way it will be nice if the water theme park has more rides ;)

Review 101：Showers took a while to warm up, Not a super downfall in a hot climate. The theme park is definitely a tourist trap, but a friendly and well run one.

Review 102：The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, always greeting you with a smile as well as your name. Vouchers were provided for the theme park as the included breakfast was delicious, offering both local and international fare. The rooms were very clean and well set up for ease of use. Power adapters were supplied upon request and everything you could need was available.

Called me after 2 hours.

Review 107：The hotel is clearly functioning as a feeder hotel for the theme park next door. Facilities are next to zero and the restaurant is situated at the theme park. Even this could be forgiven (as we were there to take our son to the theme park) but they have the audacity to charge a premium rate for a bare room that is uncarpeted, without a mini bar or a proper closet. I actually felt cheated staying at this place. Not recommended.

Review 118：Under the toilet seat is very dirty. It has molds. The corners of the shower room has molds too. The shower room sink has molds too. These are easy to address. Just clean it thoroughly! The rooms are not sound proof. It was difficult to sleep at daytime because you can hear the footsteps, laughter, the bang of the door, the rolling of the cleaner's trolley and the kids running outside. At night I was able to sleep. Not much noise at the time. We did not get the room we booked so we did not have choice but pay RM40 more and book another kind of room.

Review 119：The location is not far from Ipoh City Heritage Trail and Lost World of Tambun. The breakfast was good. We got what we paid for.

It's a decent hotel with most of the key expected facilities but the best part is its proximity to the lost world theme park and the hotel location away from city and close to the hills.
