Review 1：I would expect the staff at the front desk to be better. I could have had someone on an off day...I booked the hotel under my name, which isn't Japanese; however, the front desk clerk wouldn't look at me and kept asking my friend everything because he looks 'Japanese.' He speaks Japanese and so do I, but it was honestly rude that he/she wouldn't talk to me as if I didn't book it. I guess the clerk doesn't exactly like foreigners. In the morning when I checked out, the staff member spoke English and was nice!

Review 3：Staff were very helpful, answering all of our questions about the area. The hotel is very well located for the restaurants nearby - plenty of choice for eating and drinking. It is walking distance from the JR station, but there are also plenty of buses.

Review 9：I only stayed there one night, and I didn't use any of the hotel facilities or have breakfast at the hotel, but everything was exactly what I expected from a Japanese business hotel. The room and the bathroom were small, but both were clean and modern. After check-in, I came and went as I pleased, without having to drop off my key at reception. Great value for the money.
