Review 1：The servant lady at breakfast was rude. Complained when someone asked for another coffee. Also no one cleaned up the tables at breakfast, so customers had to do it themselves.

Review 7：Where do I start , the room was a joke no air conditioning working But supplied a tiny fan. the noise on the street was so load we could not sleep . The walls are paper thin we could hear everything . The was no hot water for a shower In the morning. There was also a smell coming from the bathroom like from the drains.The breakfast selection was poor and the quality of the food was not great. The staff at the breakfast room were not very pleasant to us . They seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us as we did not speak Italian . The staff levels of English was also poor especially as its called hotel tourist . Location was not great. Parking was an extra €10 per night on the street.

Review 8：We have stayed in three different hotels in Turin (the others were Hotel Diplomatique and hotel Concord), this was the least expensive but it was by far the nicest place we stayed in. Although not completely in the centre, the location is perfect, 100 meters from the metro that brings you straight into the city within a couple of minutes. Staff was very friendly and the place was clean. Coffeeplace around the corner also highly recommended

Review 10：The weather was very hot during our stay but the air conditioning unit in our room was not very efficient. This was only a minor issue though.
