Review 1：We did the romantic dinner and I wasn't pleased with my food but my husband was. He couldn't really relax because we did the dinner with the table set-up on the sand and the ants kept biting him. I'm small so I could put my feet in my chair Indian style. But, you can choose your romantic dinner at another location on the resort. We will next time.

Review 2：The staff was very friendly and professional! I had my reservations at first because you never know what you're going to get with these resorts. Especially with all of the photo shopping that a lot of resorts do to make the property seem better than it is. This place looked just like the picture. Beautiful pool, beautiful ocean front, great food, great staff! I meet a lot of guest that always uses this resort and knew the hot spots to hit. I will definitely use this place every time I come to Cozumel!!

Review 3：Entertainment at night was on the cheesy side. They would be far better served with a really good local band rather than trying to follow the cruise ship model. Did not like $150 cap on spa credits.

Review 6：The customer service at Cozumel Palace was wonderful. We read reviews before booking and they didn't compare to the actual service received. The food was excellent. The chef made ham and cheese sweets that were so delicious that we requested some for our last day of breakfast and they were there when we arrived for breakfast.

Review 7：Made up rooms very late 3:00 to 4:00 PM. Forgot to replace towels on occasion. Didn't restock mini bar daily. Did not replenish water bottles in the room after the 1st or 2nd day. Had to get our own bottles at the bar. Not what one expects at a 5 star resort.
