Review 1：If you want to go to a good swimming beach be prepared to spend 100 pesos each way for a cab. This is not located on a sandy beach, but is across the road from a pretty, but not swimable part of the sea

Review 10：There weren't any garbage receptacles by the pool and no one bothered to pick up abandoned cups/drinks/cigarette butts. They were still there when I came back 3 hours later. Not that I was expecting a view from the city side but looking down on toilets wasn't expected either.

It was not clear that the hotel did not have a beach No room service info in room; I only realized that room service was available when I checked out.. Until I walked around the pool area, I had no idea that the hotel bar by the swimming pool offered a great margarita at a nice price. After paying for my hotel room in cash, I was only given back my credit card receipt when I asked for it - I am so glad that I remembered to ask.

The two time share salesmen (Travel Information? that's a laugh!) at entrance to hotel were obnoxiously aggressive and persistent like they all are! Review 32：The fact that I couldn't use the lovely, inviting and clean pool as there was no rail to assist me. Also, from past experience, the sun beds were far too low for me to get onto and up from. In previous places, very helpful staff gave me two extra 'mattresses' so I was raised up. However, I understand this isn't always possible. Just a pity.

Review 33：Beautiful hotel, very good breakfast and stunning views. Staff very, very helpful and friendly. The only way up and down from/to the street was by escalator and I have difficulty with this due to my reduced mobility from a massive stroke. However, the staff stopped the stairways from moving and assisted me up and down for the two days we were there. That was brilliant of them. Thankyou very much.

Review 34：Well, we had an unpleasant surprise when we arrived at the desk. They had no reservation for us. Luckily we had our confirmation with us. So after figuring it out in the back office, we received the room we had reserved. It was not a pleasant surprise and luckily we had a very nice waiter around who brought us juice! So we cheered up.

Review 36：The pool was quite small so it was mainly meant only to have a dip, not to swim in it. Many times it was difficult to find a vacant table at the breakfast.

Review 37：An excellent location and a most kind and helpfull staff. The hotel was almost fully booked but we managed to extend our stay with one more night! Breakfast was served till 11 am. Better to have a room with a view to sea because the rooms with balcony to inner court can be noisy.

Its far from nice beaches on the other hand right in the middle of town with lot of bars and restaurants close. Definitely very good hotel and we liked our stay there.

Review 40：Upon arrival they tried to put me into a room with a balcony that led directly out onto the breakfast patio. So basically from 7am the entire hotel would be eating breakfast 5 feet from my bed. I complained and after a lot of ' we are fully booked' nonsense they moved me to a more suitable room. This is a design fault in the hotel at least three rooms on the second floor have this problem. Do not accept these rooms.
