Review 1：The room service food can be totally changed . It doesn't seem like the wounderful taste of Ipoh . Please talk to the chief.

Review 4：Very bad service. I request for Queen sized bed but got 2 single instead. Have to changed my room twice because both room's bed have already broken. Even the last room we got still poor condition. Dusty room as well. Really regret of choosing this hotel.

This used to be one of the nicest hotels in Ipoh, now i believe its one of the worst star hotels in Ipoh. Please do something.

Review 14：The location is perfect. We were there to bring the kids to The Lost World of Tambun. It is located about 15mins from the hotel. Just opposite the hotel area you can find nice and cool dining restaurants (about 1km). Check out Karat and Thumbs Cafe

Review 15：The reason we checked out one day earlier is the water is yellow in color while showering for night and morning. It's seems unhygiene for my guest from Singapore. It can be better I believe.

Review 29：Last time we were there and 21st and 22nd Oct, we requested a double bed but was given twin. They did try calling us but we were busy driving. Obviously our bed was given to others.Occupancy was high and service was poor especially breakfast was finished by 9 30, more or less. Didn't replenish.

Review 39：Staff was utterly rude. We would be charged RM50 for the use of the hair dryer exceeding 30 mins. There was no room cleaning the following day for our other rooms. No fresh towels were replenished, no new drinking bottled water or coffee/tea sachets replaced.

Review 40：The room lock system is not functioning well, went to the recipient counter for 6 times to complaint on the lock is not reading the card and the best part is no inter-hotel phone is ready for you to call and you need to go there personally.

Review 44：My wife inquire is this hotel providing shutter bus to any town or complexes, however, the answer given was 'the boss' is using the vehicle, therefore, no shutter service today. Seem like 'the boss' is the most important person in this hotel, not the 'Guest'. Too bad!

I stay in room 602, everything is at peak. the ambience, the view from top during night, the friendly staff whether at the receptionist, 2nd floor lounge cafe, even at the parking booth ticket. to me, i`ve spent a worth money for 3d2n at this hotel.

As we were travelling with a small baby, requested them for a child cot atleast. But they said, it is full as it chinese new year holidays. They should have arranged for extra beds in advance. Review 101：We can only use the iron & ironing board for 30 min then need to be send back to housekeeping. This is very funny for me because no other hotels that i had already stayed put on this ridiculous rule on iron & ironing board.

Review 112：I don't really like the first staff who checked me in to room 915 as I feel he has intention to put me in the nad condition room as my tired face, office dressing with slippers. 915 really has low air-cond blow and not cold at all although i already had my shower and stayed in the room for more than an hour. Other than that the room is really in bad condition and require renovation. Water tap spoil. Stain on the wall. I tried many times to call the receptionist and obviously they are so busy or they already know know 915 so no one to pick up my call and i have to press 5 to let them to call me back. At the end of the day it is so rediculious that non of them did not call me back. I have no choice to go down to the front desk asking them to srnd a technician for checking the aircond. Technician came and checked and then he said it cannot be fixed. I went down again request for room change. Finally I got this room 902 which i already stayed twice before.

Since the room is not carpetted, it is extremely cold and chill flooring in the morning but there were no slippers to be found. No iron/iron board. Breakfast on 7/9: nasi lemak sambal taste like the chef put lots of chilli sauce instead of chilli paste.

Review 132：Nice fassade, bad maintenance! Toilet stuck, water coming out below the toilet. Tv and some lamps were not connected... No bar, "bartender" threw us out in the evening. "Welcomedrink" turned out to be a breakfast juice. Food from roomservice was not exactly what specified in the menu and was badly arranged.

Review 140：They charge my credit to secure the booking RM465. though booking.com says my card will not be charged...then at checking in they charge my credit card again for RM550...and at check out they again charge my card for the actual amount RM463. They over block my credit amounts twice!!! At checking in they should just block the miscellaneous deposit amount of RM100 if they need to... so for the next 10 days my account is blocked RM1015 for nothing!!
