Review 1：Requested for in-room breakfast but ended up walking to the restaurant on our own. Went to the reception to make a complain but one of the staff said there was no record of us requesting for the in-room breakfast service and no order was taken. Hope they will improve in the f&b service.

Review 2：However, massage can be better - room was too hot and not sure if the therapist was trained in pregnancy massage. However she did all she can to make my experience more enjoyable.

Review 3：Excellent arrival experience and very friendly staff, pomelo restuarant food was great. Beware of mosquitoes in dusk and dawn. Highly recommend garden view rooms because you have a private pool and a very spacious outdoor and indoor area. Great swimming pool. It is an expensive place to stay but it deserves 5 star for service and facilities.

Review 7：I did not like the dim lighting, the night was total darkness at night. There was no shelter in the water villa from the bedroom to the living, when it rains! The food during the breakfast was certainly not valu for money.

Review 11：breakfast, not so much variety and some food choices are unhealthy. It would be good if they have vegetarian meals included. Something light/heavy and healthy. They don't provided free transportation / shuttle around town.

Suddenly they were at the front door....Very annoying indeed !!! Please respect the guests' privacy. This place is supposed to be a very exclusive resort.

Review 20：The villa was above and beyond our expectations, gorgeous in every way. Making use of the different caves was unusual and spectacular, especially the steam cave. The bar cave was exceptional, if a little chilly!

Review 21：My BF & I were pretty mesmerised with the concept. Loved and enjoyed every single bit of it. We stayed at the Garden Villa, one word WOW! The only thing we didn't try is the food. That's after going through another person's review so we didn't risk it. If you're a person who prefer organic food it probably would be a good deal but for food addicts like us, that was out of the league lol..

Review 22：I am travelling with my wife on 4-5/10/2015. On the night of 4/10/2015 I received a belated birthday cake from the staffs of Banjaran Hot Spring as my birthday falls on 1/10/2015. Its truly a suprise for us.Also the staffs are polite and they smile and greet us whenever we see them.

Review 23：The only downside of this stay was the water of the Jacuzzi. It looks like the water hasnt been clean or replaced as there were many insects found in the water.

Review 25：If the villa pool can be adjusted to warmer, there will be great. The villa jacuzzi can see the greenery moss on the surface of pool due to the geothermal water, other than that, everything is superb good!!

Review 26：We like the environment. Garden Villa is definitely our choice if compare to water villa. More privacy. The hotspring and also the warm public pool is so comfortable. The limited units of Villa make less congested when using the facilities.

Review 33：We were having tea and fruits at the dinning table in the late afternoon,suddenly a big monkey sitting on the wall we panick and moved to the bedroom. We could see the monkey leap down and started searching for food in the waste basket we could see from the sliding glass door.we hope they can find ways of keeping the monkeys away from the villa

My chicken in the curry was tough, no imagination of a fine dining experience ..the rice accompaniment was sad... Breakfast too quantity without quality.., serve yellow noodles which is bad for tummy, nothing special.... Except for chicken sausage ... The food use to be much tastier and of higher quality... We were extremely disappointed... Will not recommend Banjaran to anyone..,

Review 41：The attitude and welcomeness of staff is perfect. General manager of the resort! She really cares of your stay. The Chief - he is from Europe and he does the very good job! Although the dishes are not that large, but they are extremely delicious, and he willing to make your stay comfortable - some compliments will certainly pleasure you. And you can really say that among other great 5 star resorts in Malaysia, this restaurant - is the best. You should really try. Yoga class. Yes, the yoga coach knows what the yoga is. This is very interesting experience to take classes from him (especially for beginners like me). You won't regret - and many thanks to him! As for the place - you see it on the pictures). As for the room - it is big and perfect - with living room outside, and bedroom air-conditioned. Steam cave - yesss.. You'd love stay there with all these people willing to do their job for you - give it a try!

Review 42：Not enough to do! Could have had Qui Kong or something else other than just Yoga. The meditation cave was nice but it was a shame it was very man made in many ways which made it a little fake.

Review 44：I had a short one night stay in Banjaran but it didn't take me long to like this place. I was greeted with exuberance from a staff named Raymond. His welcome greets was eye-opening, very engaging and very courteous. Ali took over next, taking us exploring the retreat in the little buggy and she was very informative and responsive. She exudes charm and it was a very soothing introduction to the retreat to say the least. All of the staffs are well-trained to be at their best, always greeting, always smiling, and ever helpful. I will definitely come back.

Review 45：The place is wonderful & blissful. The staff were very helpful and always ready to assist. We were unfortunate that one of the car tyre was flat. Staff at reception called to inform and her fellow collegues went out of their way to help change it and locate an open tyre shop as it was public holiday.
