Review 1：The aircon was terribly noisy .I actually closed it so I will be able to sleep.My husband and I slept in seperate beds because you you cannot join them together.The hotel is a little old.

Review 19：Wi-fi is essentially non-existent. Sketchy people hanging out in the hallway, but since guests hang out on the stairs trying to get wi-fi, it's pretty safe. No lock-boxes. Front desk called a cab for us for the airport, but I think he way overcharged us ($160 pesos for a 10 minute trip. I think it should have been about $80, but maybe the airport costs more). Free breakfast, but stay away from the "orange juice." It might have been Tang.

Review 21：Internet was very slow and often non-existent. We couldn't use it in our room at all. There's a restaurant with live music and occasional concerts till late hours, which makes it a problem to sleep before midnight.

Review 22：The hotel's location is perfect, close to the ferry, seaside and all the nearby restaurants. The rooms and toilets are clean, towel, soap and shampoo are provided. Breakfast is good, served on a veranda. Staff is kind and helpful.

Review 24：One room smelled with cigarettes, another one had noisy ac pipe outside, other one was good and we prolonged our stay. Just the mexico stuff. Rooms on one side have live music until 11 PM from nearby bar, but it's really good music and actually ends early (go and hang out with giant margarita out there).

The bathroom and showers are excellent and the room are very comfortable. The wifi is very good. The price are a little bit expensive but compared to other hotels in the island it is a good benefit-cost relation. I recommend this hotel.

Review 78：We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Plaza Cozumel. The staff was always friendly and courteous and always willing to help in anyway. The location was in great walking distance from everything you could need. The breakfast in the mornings was delicious and there always a variety of choices and the wait staff was very accommodating. The rooms were always clean and fresh when we got back from a day of sight seeing and we never had any issues with our personal property being touched or moved. My daughter really enjoyed the pool located on the roof terrace and we got toenjoyed the view it provided. Overall we have no complaints from our stay at Hotel Plaza Cozumel.

Review 79：We went up to the terrace on Saturday evening for drinks but there was no bar. Instead, we walked about 100 metres to a great little bar called The Thirsty Cougar, which served the biggest margaritas we'd ever seen! When we got back to our room, the restaurant next door had live entertainment, which was quite loud but we enjoyed it and it was finished by around 10.30. Sunday afternoon we went up to the terrace for a swim and realised there was a wedding reception in the separate terrace room- which was lovely to listen to. However, to get back to our room, we had to walk through the celebrations in our wet swimmers and felt quite uncomfortable, as we felt we were interrupting the people at the reception. All in all, these things didn't really bother us. Our stay in at Hotel Plaza was excellent value for the price.

Review 80：We loved the location of the hotel-a couple of minutes walk to everything. . . Restaurants, shopping, the ferry. We didn't need a taxi to get to and from the ferry as it was only 2 blocks away. The self serve breakfast included in the cost was excellent. . . scrambled eggs, french toast, pancakes, cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, coffee. The terrace pool was clean and refreshing after a day of sightseeing & shopping. The room was quite large and we found the beds to be really comfy. Don't be put off by the outside appearance of the hotel. As far as value for money, this is a great stop over in Cozumel. We paid approximately $100 Australian for 2 nights.
